This is our first Outdoor Tennis table. Delivery was done very carefully without any major dents to the box. It arrived flat on top of a pallet. Assembly was straight forward with easy to follow directions from their video. The table is very easy to setup. The large wheels make it very easy to transport it over rough terrain. It takes us less than a minute to setup the table and then place it back once we're done. As a result we play a lot.
Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Difficult to assemble. Table is on wheels and moves if bumped. Not completely stable despite tightening and re-reading instructions multiple times. Good looking table and surface. Probably would’ve done better to get more expensive option.

The table is absolutely wonderful, the big metal, wheels on indestructible one! My 2 big sons put it together. It was not easy and they needed to get extra tools from Aubuchon because we didn't have them in the tool box. I'm ever so happy with the outcome. Janet

My table was received on time and the order was complete and as expected. Unfortunately, there was some cosmetic damage on one of the tops. Customer Support was fantastic in working through the issue and ensuring that the overall quality of the table was not impacted. They were responsive, attentive and engaged with my issue from start to finish - well done and...we're loving the table so far!!

Darlene in customer support went over and above to work with my questions and to amend my order for model number change that was my error. She was such a delight to work with. Professional, smart, bright, friendly~ the best communications EVER experienced with customer service. Beyond pleased, thank you!!

Great , prompt, personalized customer service. Incredible website. Really sold me on the product and made it really easy to decide between models. Also tremendous videos available to help with the assembly. So pleased with this company.

Excellent service... table is awesome and arrived no problems.

Excellent communication, very clear process.. the product arrived really good

Table delivered very quickly. During assembly found out few missing parts. Contacted the company and two days later received parts. Nice and solid table. Assembly was easy with YouTube video; step by step guiding.

Excellent ping ping table! Came on time, easy to put together (hired a couple of teenagers to do it :-) and it plays great! The best part about it is that it LOOKS GOOD! It’s a great design!

THANKS, TABLE IS GREAT!

At the website they say "shipping 24-48 hours " . The table was delivered 17 days after payment (13 work days). I didn't receive any notification after my payment until i contacted their customer service.
The table itself is a really good product.

There were a couple little things that made putting it together a little difficult. My husband had to drill the holes bigger to get the bolts through by the wheels. The other challenging part was figuring which way the bars faced when attaching them. It’s hard to tell on the directions. We actually opened it and it was much easier to figure it out with the table down rather than in the storing position to attach the bars. We put the legs on first and worked backwards attaching the folding bars. At the end of it all my husband said it was easier than two other brands he has put together. When I bought this one he wasn’t excited, but afterwards he said it was actually easy and way better than the other two brands. Yes, we are on our third brand and by far this brand is our favorite!!!

Simple transaction. Timely delivery. Assembly takes a bit of time, but instructions were clear and the quality engineering and design is very evident. the table itself is sweet. All around, happy to reccomend to anyone.

из всего что я видел, самое худшее. не отнять и не добавить.

Nicest customer service, so inexpensive that I offered to pay more!

Good outdoor table, only had it 2 weeks so far but seems well constructed. Easy to roll to spot, simple to setup and take down.

Love my table, easy to assemble !!!

We have been very pleased with the customer service. The table was delivered very quickly, and the communication throughout the process was excellent!
