Damaged kit.
Long time customer here.
I ordered 4 kits. They arrived with 2/4 of the boxes damaged. It could not have been damaged in transit by the shipping company, as the shipping box itself was completely undamaged and prestine.
Upon examining the damaged boxes, the contents of one of the kits is undamaged. However, the other kit had a damaged part exactly where the impact on the box occurred.
Upon contacting customer service about why the kits were shipped damaged, the agent was adamant that kits are never shipped damaged without first contacting the customer. When I provided proof, there was first denial that there was no damage. When I highlighted the broken part, all that was offered was a link to as Bandai for a replacement part. The entire ordeal has led me to think twice about continuing my patronage here, despite my positive feelings and high regard for it in the past. Extremely disappointed.

I love everything I get from you guys
I love everything I get from you guys. But it always seems as if when I order anything, there's a solid 3-5 days before the order even receives a shipping label. I ordered this for a friend in Florida, and paint from another place in Cali, on the same day. The paint arrived before I even had tracking info. My only gripe. Other than that, package is well boxed and product in excellent condition.

Our goal is always to have orders fulfilled within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends, as our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays). However, during major sales events like our Christmas in July Sale, we do experience a significant increase in order volume, which can sometimes extend our normal fulfillment timeline.
