Great service saved us a good amount of money
James was very thorough in his explanations of the process and the outcomes of the transaction. He explained every step of the process, was kind and patient even when technology was against us. He made sure I had the time to do what we needed and gave me all the options first without suggesting what he thought was the best one for our situation. Very proffesional at no time did I feel obligated or under pressure to make a decision or hurried in any way. Made the whole process easy and will save us money going forward. Great Service, efficient and most importantly human. Very friendly and chatty without distracting from the business in hand. Would highly recommend this company (especially James)
