I assume they are using TrustPilot as a sales pipeline. TrustPilot should close this down. I left a bad review on TrustPilot re Yu energy earlier today. Within a few hours, this company called me. From our company name (on the review) they can easily get phone & email from a website. They left a recorded message which clear states they are "a third party intermediary FOR Yu energy" claiming to help customers that are dissatisfied get a resolution. I believe this was probably a speculative sales call with info scraped from TrustPilot and then our website. The reviews here are all very recent. Personally I din't trust them but you decide. I have reported this to trading standards based on what I believe was false representation.

Dealing with Dayna at Utilink was like breath of fresh air!
Unrivalled knowledge together with a helpful 'nothings to much trouble' approach from Dayna made getting a better deal very easy and it also saved us £1,000's of pounds. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Switching energy providers is a daunting task but Dayna, Sam and Adam have made it easy to navigate. All information and necessary updates have been given so that it is easy to understand the process. Being able to talk to the same people every time is a huge advantage and as a customer gives you confidence knowing they are there to answer any questions that may arise.

I was contacted by Mina at Utilink to check if our company had CCL exemption in place and if we were currently in energy contracts. We have both CCL exemption covered and had recently renewed our energy contracts, so we didn't require Utilinks services. Having said that I felt the need to write a review as my phone experience with Mina was so good. She was so friendly and bubbly. Really personable and genuinely made a bad day good. If all Utilinks staff are as nice and pleasant to deal with as Mina, I'm sure their business will continue to thrive. It's so refreshing to talk to a sales person and find someone relatable, someone you can understand and someone that isn't overly pushy, it makes the whole experience much more pleasurable and makes you, the potential customer more likely to use the company in the future.

I was approached by Andrea Coulson from Utilink Consulting regarding reviewing and securing a better waste management contract for our business. Andrea was extremely helpful throughout the whole process — never pushy, always professional, and very patient with all of my requests for different quote options.

She worked hard to find the best solution for us and ultimately secured a new contract that will save us around £7,000 per year.

I spoke to Dylan Coomber to sort out my electric as was out of contract, within the hour all sorted and paperwork signed , also sorted out my water contract next day as out of contract with that also, very smooth sailing and a great person.

Jade at Utilink has been great at helping us smoothly move over to another water billing company. In addition she has assisted me with a couple of queries. One was able to be resolved and the other is ongoing but advancing. Gavin has hopefully reduced our water costs by recommending an alternative water billing company. We have only just swapped so I will update when known but the charges are looking cheaper. Thank you
