Recently went to the Justin Timberlake concert. The staff were all very friendly and helpful before during and after the show. Everything seemed under control and we were made to feel safe. We left something behind so we phoned the arena the following day and it was in lost property. A lovely man arranged to get it sent out to me the following day so I just wanted to say thank you!

Atrocious customer service. Got gladiator tickets online and told them it was for an autistic child, They didn’t tell us we still had to come early morning and instead we arrived well before doors opened to be turned away and he had a meltdown. We had access tickets because he cannot queue from early morning. I wrote to complain and Daniel from customer services no empathy to our experience and that our child is still having a meltdown. They are not disability or autistic friendly and the place is a shambles

Enjoyed the band but very disappointed with everything else. Incredibly expensive awful food with very little choice; almost impossible to get any beer other than lager; way too few toilets, overpriced parking. Basically London prices with none of the choice or facilities you'd get at the O2 or similar. Rip-off. Next time I'll wait till my band of choice comes to a different venue.

This has to be the worst arena I have ever visited in this country. I recently attended for the Strictly Come Dancing tour and had a heavy fall, after slipping on a greasy floor that had not been cleaned properly. I sustained a potential broken wrist at the time. The floors around the arena were dirty and there were spilt drinks and wet floors everywhere. Never saw any staff keeping an eye and cleaning the floors. I did, however, see many inexperienced staff, who looked unmotivated, and spent most of their time chatting with each other rather than dealing with these issues. Obviously management was non-existent. I now have a Solicitor involved who will be acting on my behalf, against the arena. Management need to act urgently to prevent future claims.

Two things make me leave this rating.

First, when I turned up for my event and went through the security check, the staff left our bags open instead of having the care to close the pockets once they had been checked. Complete lack of care for customers' property.

At the end of the event, which was in the late afternoon (about 18:00), a large crowd of security personnel gathered immediately and started harassing the eventgoers, pressuring them to exit, shouting repeatedly that the venue was closed and standing by the toilets. I was unable to visit the facilities because of this constant harassment.

THEY CARED ONLY ABOUT THE CLOCK AND NOT THEIR CISTOMERS. TOTALLY DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR, which left me unnecessarily stressed, angry and desperate for the toilet.

Last month I paid 160 pounds for my gas.... its used 60 pounds in 5 days! This is not right!

Worst, most uncomfortable seating ever, ruined enjoyment of the concert. Spent £400 for 2 VIP tickets and so dissatisfied. £20 car park, £25 for burger & chips twice, severe back & knee pain day after. Not what we paid for. Not value for money.
