Navigating all the utilities set up and vendors as an expat is quite a challenge!. Utility Direct made it very easy and in just one phone call they were able to answer all my questions and prepare the quotes for me.

Very helpful service, especially if you have just moved to the Netherlands and are not familiar with all the providers and the system. Efficient - got it all sorted very quickly - and also a very friendly and "human" support.
Small update after a week: The internet order placed by UD has been cancelled for no apparent reason, and when I emailed to double check, I was told to just be patient and wait; if I hadnt checked myself, I would not even know that there was no order at all; also, my water registration was done with the wrong number, so I had to redo it after a week. A bit disappointing after having had so much support at the beginning.

The process was smooth enough. But it is always good to know a little bit about the market and what you actually need and what are the all options available. This way you will be able to use their service best way possible and also save good amount of money sometimes.
