I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Utility Direct Netherlands. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They took care of everything related to my utility setup — electricity, gas, internet — and made the entire process seamless.

Exceptional service and team
I relocate to the Netherlands directly into a new apartment, so all the arrangements had to be done remotely. Utility Direct arranges all my utilities while I was still abroad quickly, efficiently and with attention to my specific very short timeline. They did most of the work, and where my involvement was needed, I received clear instructions that were easy to follow.
They followed up every aspect until it was fully resolved and I was able yo move in with all utilities set up on the same day.

Essential help for expats
