Great products and service.
The wedsite was great and the products are excellent. Even though I was informed the bags I ordered would arrive in 3-4 weeks, I had them delivered in 2 days.
When DPD didn't deliver both bags, a quick email resolved the issue and the second bag was with me in 2 days.
I would shop here again.

Really happy with my new case.
Really happy with my new case and its delivery time.
It's a very sturdy but lightweight duffle case which I reckon will last a good length of time. Great features and lots of pockets.

It was of a different colour than the one I ordered .Moreover the packaging was damaged and seemed as if it was a returned suitcase.

Sent me the wrong size suitcase
Sent me the wrong size suitcase. Then sent the replacement to the wrong address. Didn't mind particularly as these things happen. However, I didn't appreciate the snooty email from Tom implying I was somehow liable for an additional delivery fee...why would you try and pick up a suitcase from an address different to the one you sent it to? Lost three mornings over the xmas/new year period waiting for delivery/pick ups. No apology for the inconvenience was forthcoming.

The £200 suitcase was left on my…
The £200 suitcase was left on my doorstep despite there being no one in to accept it. I'm surprised that such an expensive item would simply be left without signed-off delivery.

Need to up customer service game
It took 4 days for my backpack to arrive when i paid for next day delivery. Issue is i had to call up to chase just to be told only warehouse have in stock and first option i was given was a refund! They just couldnt be bothered to resolve issue. No names given.

Very impressed with the service provided!
We ordered two samsonite suitcases and expressed the urgency with which we needed them delivered as we had to travel and we were contacted immediately to make sure we would get the suitcases on time. Dpd had mistakingly sent only one of the suitcases and when we informed Tom he contacted us within 10 minutes with a solution and the second one was delivered that same evening. Really grateful and impressed with the service, would definitely recommend and purchase from them again!

Misdelivered, with false report from DPD
Parcel wasn't delivered to us, DPD driver left a clearly false report to cover it up and there was no information on the emails about what to do about it. The next day, and after a lot of hassle, we registered it with DPD and Valise got them to investigate (DPD do nothing unless supplier is involved). Finally a local from a different road and postcode came round with it, saying it had been left out in the rain outside her house. I'm really grateful to have the parcel and that Valise chased it on a Saturday and rang to reassure me, but DPD's performance and some of the information about handling non-delivery could do with significant improvement.
