I ordered a big Agnes rapide sleeping mat from valley and peak. Rapid delivery.
Upon receiving the pad I realised I’d ordered the wrong size. I contacted them via email and had a reply back well within the hour.

I've always been very happy with the products purchased through VaP. Top quality. I get all the info on their site that I need prior to making a decision, which is helpful when spending my own hard-earned cash. Ordering is super simple. And as I discovered this week, so is contacting them when problems arise. R.Mail sadly handed me a nearly empty package (goods clearly stolen). I contacted VaP to tell them about it, and within minutes, they (Jim) posted back what was missing. I was amazed by their fast response as well as how much they cared about my situation, literally saving my upcoming camping trip (and me from having a breakdown).
A family-run business who care not only about what they sell but also the customers purchasing from them. They gained a new loyal client for life.

I contacted Valley & Peak regarding a faulty product. Jim from V&P was quick to respond and very helpful. Despite the product manufacturer having a terrible warranty policy (which apparently did not cover the fault), V&P replaced my order at their own expense. Great customer service.

I have reviewed Valley and Peak in the past as the buying experience was very good. I’ve since had to reach out for support with a faulty air mattress and was surprised just how good the aftercare from them is. I was first reassured that they would look after me and offered me some advice to check it was actually a fault. After confirming something was wrong, they allowed me to send the item to them (which they paid for) for testing and after a few weeks, they sent out a replacement. Extremely helpful, polite, supportive help. I would highly recommend using Valley and Peak, not only are they competitively priced, but you can’t put a price on excellent customer service
