***SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE***

I ordered a pair of boots back in January 2026, its now March, and have sent multiple emails to the shop. All replies sound chat gpt/AI made, I asked to be refunded or sent shoes, and nothing. I should have known better really it was a dodgy looking thing from TikTok. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Some people look like they have received their shoes, but Im quite sceptical and reckon this is has been done by the shop themselves. Not worth being down £35, AVOID AVOID AVOID

I got told it was a scam after I ordered but I can confirm that it is not. I ordered on 25/12/25 and they came on 15/01/26. Although it takes awhile to ship the quality is good even though it’s a little different from the photo. I was asking for a refund and they said that I could get a 30% partial refund or return the item once shipped. I proceeded with the 30% refund and it’s transferring my to my account now. If you’re worried it’s a scam or your order is taking awhile you can contact them via their email on the website and they’re all very helpful.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a scam. Shoes never arrived and the website is unavailable to track the order. Avoid at all costs.

Awful company. Do not buy from Vanira. I brought uggs from them on the 12th September. They have not come….Have been scammed!

I got scammed, ordered some ugg shoes and paid £50, been waiting since 13th august and they never arrived. Tiktok add !!!!

This is a scam site, they trade under various names zanira, vanira, vaneera, zaneera. Avoid and report
