Very strange experience

Thankfully we didn't waste any time travelling over to visit the clowns at this dealership Lexus Leeds.

Beware the vantage online valuation means nothing once you made a reservation with them.

We received an offer for a thousand pound less for our present vehicle, but strangely after receiving the reserved vehicle photos, our present vehicle is in alot better condition with no issues to address.

Vantage received comments, It is only a valuation guide and down to the local market and surprisingly not the condition? ( very strange, thankfully other more reputable dealerships do not deal in this way)

Very poor communication once you start asking awkward questions.

After receiving an online valuation on the intended vehicle purchase, was informed that the dealership had just under four thousand pounds in that vehicle and surprisingly still couldn't manage a deal, wow....

We now feel that we had a very lucky escape.

Imran and Matt at Lexus Leeds have been great to deal with - both very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They were happy to let me take the car out for a proper test drive, which I really appreciated.

There were a few technical issues with the car initially, but these have been addressed and are in the process of being fully rectified. Overall, I’m a happy customer and would recommend dealing with them.

On the whole a great experience. The staff very courteous and not pushy. Everything was explained fully, no hidden extras and I felt no pressure at all.

Received some great help from the Sales person, explained everything about the run of the car. Had a test drive. Drove away in my beautiful new car. So happy with it.

In the past two years, I have purchased three cars from the same dealership in Blackburn. The sole reason for returning is the salesperson, Ben Murray, who is exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful.

I'd suggest Vantage Škoda Morecambe to a friend because Toby looked after me throughout the whole process. He gave Fantasy customer service and was really hands on.

An easy going, first time car buyer experience. I was helped by Rehan who was very knowledgable and fair.
I was quite intimidated and nervous at the thought of buying a car as I am a recently passed, first time buyer and also a woman who didn't know a lot about cars, so I didn't want to feel taken advantage of. (I had nothing to worry about here!)
I came from a previous dealership where I looked at the same car but in auto which was actually a little more appealing to me at first, however, we went to Vantage Leeds to check out the newer model in Manual and I instantly knew I would go with this car and with this dealership.

It felt so much less intimidating and relaxed. Rehan was so friendly but it felt natual, not put on. He offered a test drive right away but we were short on time so we came back another day and every time we dealt with him he brought the same excited energy for me getting my first car. :-)

I'm sure ALL of the staff here are nice, as all of them that we spoke to was super kind but I can only speak of Rehan who I delt with and I would personally say that as a first time buyer, ask for Rehan! Made my anxieties melt away and I ended up being actually excited for my new car!

I was well taken care of and even my dad complimented him, as someone who has had countless cars and the last one also from Toyota Vantage Leeds!

The staff are amazing and the cars are good value for money. Make good use of the research the staff will do before hand, give them an Idea of what car you want and your budget and you won't be disappointed.

Had a face to face service requirement with Lee Plumb today. The personal nature of being able to talk with the Service Manager made all the difference in being able to describe my service need and receiving an immediate service remedy and being able to order a new car at the same time. Great sales experience

Recently had a bad crash and wrote off my car. I wanted to be back on the road as quickly as possible and I was very specific about what car I was I looking for. Michael, Sam and Zak at vantage in Leeds were beyond helpful, fantastic service. Have no complaints at all. Thank you.
