I never received my order, so was screwed out of $ 62.70 in September. Of course I e-mailed them 3 times and have gotten NO response, Of course they also won't let me login to my account, all the sudden I don't exist . This company has ZERO customer service , Save your money and find an American company . Oh and another thing, they use PayPal, who ALSO doesn't help you after you get screwed over by yaya vape

I ordered a Kamry K1000 Epipe from Vapeyaya in April 2022 and it was a counterfeit model! I asked for a full refund! The button did not click, the name of Kamry is not on the tank, the coils did not have the Kamry seal on them. It is a total phony knockoff product. It does not work well at all. I struggled to get vape clouds out of it. I purchased an authentic K1000 from a different website and the difference between fake and real was huge! Do not buy from Vapeyaya and if you do, look closely at what they send you. You can verify with Kamry whether the epipe you get is authentic. I am trying to get a full refund on my purchase and will report to my credit card. We shall see.

5/6/22 Update: filed claim with my Bank. It took awhile, but I won! I suggest anybody who has been scammed by this so called business will do the same.

I ordered a Vape Pipe, and i knew the shipping time would take a while. BUT. I didn't expect them to *not* send the tracking number to USPS and to ignore 4 of my emails on the matter.
They also sent 5 counterfeit coils with the pipe, so i had to go to a shop and rebut those again. Also, since they use USPS, which also has the worst customer service, you'll never know when your order will *actually* get to you, since Vapeyaya doesn't send them the tracking number and USPS just does not give a f***.
I will never order from them again. Luckily I got my package, but the fake coils they sent on top of the worst customer service and the worst tracking website I've ever seen gives them one star. Just barely. If it could go lower I would give it a lower rating.

I accidentally ordered two of the same product and so contacted the company right away.
Not only was the communication excellent but I received my refund for the second item within the week.
I haven't received my order yet but I'm confident I ordered from the right company

Be very leery about Vapeyaya.
Shipping is EXTREMELY slow, IF you get your package at all. The merchandise is cheap, worthless knockoffs. Customer service is non-existent; I have requested and they have promised to replace ALL defective items (2 pens, 2 chargers, 3 tanks) since AUGUST. It is now December, no package, no e-mails; just a great deal of NOTHING. I hope they read this, understand it, and do something. I have little faith however.

Save your $$. Save your sanity. BUY ELSEWHERE.

Got tracking a little late but everything else was great. Good customer service and shipping time was good Will purchase in the future.

The absolute last time I will order from China!! Spinner 2 batteries are faulty!! I should have known the price was too good to be true. Not going to bother to send back! Batteries will not fully charge!! NO MORE ORDERING VAPE SUPPLIES FROM CHINA!!! After this experience I will keep my money in the United States!!!

Received my E-PIPE EWINVAPE F-30 WOODEN KIT - E-CIGARETTE SMOKING VAPE PIPE today, and absolutely love it! It took a while to arrive, but it was during covid times, so that was to be expected. The wait was well worth it though. Quality and classy product, that looks and feels great!

I ordered an e-pipe for $30 that I couldn't find anywhere else for under $80. It shipped from China but only took about 2 weeks. I'm amazed by the speed with which I received it and it is a good product.

I've read some of the positive reviews and they must have been written by the owners family because this site is horrible...$5.99 for shipping..from China...takes for ever and he does not respond to emails. Tracking they give you is useless.
