Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews until after I had problems. The delivery was fast considering the COVID limitations. My vape pipe however doesn’t work. I’ve tried communicating every way I could find with no response.
11/2020 update. They contacted me after seeing this review and sent me a replacement part. Everything works well and I am very happy with the product.

I was hesitant to order but was pleasantly surprised. Vapeyaya seem to have taken previous criticism seriously. Shipping only took 9 weekdays and costumer service answered within 3 days.

I purchased a UGO-V II, when i recieved it the battery didn't work even after charging.
I emailed customer service 3 times and they have yet to answer. I wasted my money purchasing from them, since they don't respond to customers, I would recommend central vapes instead.

Orders nautilus 5ml tanks the showed the box which is normal when you order. What I got was 2 tanks one defective. No extras that normally come when you buys these off of anybody else I have a PayPal dispute going on now. And the package came from Alameda CA not hong Kong

These guys suck! Big rip-off. A-holes.

They send me the wrong Colour of an Item and i send them 4-5 Email over 2 Weeks and NO responds from them !
Only if i involved Paypal then they transfer the Money back but i wanted the right Colour instead...
No Sorry or other explanation from them !
Do not buy from them this was the worst Page i ever bought something !!!

I have been chasing these guys for a week. They never respond. They do not send anything. They are simply scam artists.

China based company. I NEVER received items.
My money was refunded after 2 months.

They are not a legitimate store.

I ordered an item from them, when I didn't receive tracking number- I started nagging them, and after a long duration they sent me an email with the following statement:
"We are sorry to write here that the item SKU you ordered is discontinued"

Long story short- after a long period of nagging them- they refunded my money.

This item still appears as in stock in their website, and I mentioned this to them in my last email- no response whatsoever.

Steer clear from them- they are dishonest.

Terrible.
(1) They are super slow : it took almost 2 months for them to ship the package. If you urge them they will upload the tracking number that you cannot track at least in 1 month
(2) Terrible communication : They never responsed my email except when I mention about paypal refund.
(3) Missing parts : Finally I received the package but it only contains 3 items while I ordered 7. Yeah they literally deceives their customer
(4) Terrible return service : I asked paypal to step in, so paypal made seller to give me an address so that I can return it.
First thing you should note is that you need to pay return shipping fee. Yeah international shipping fee. Second is that they gave me an address written in Chinese. Who can understand that and make a shipping label? This looks very malicious. Moreover it is incomplete. It does not have recipient's name, provine, phone number etc. I emailed the seller and asked them to give me a correct address written in English. But once again no reply. Yeah they know that I have to return it in 10 days or case will be closed against me. SO I returned it to the original From address in original shipping label. HOWEVER it was rejected by US custom because the seller reported it as RC hobby something, US customs regarded that I am exporting E-cigarette. I contacted paypal and they gave me a full refund.

Please, do not waste your time and money to buy something from this sh*** guys

I ordered over a month ago, and realizing the COVID19 problems, waited and was in contact on the status which I did receive answers. I am so irritated! I ordered 2 Vision II Spinners and neither of them will charge. Needless, to say, I would advise going elsewhere because this was a total waste of money!

Ordered about eight (8) eGO vape batteries.
Not one of them held a charge for very long, unlike American-made, which holds a charge.
After a short while, the batteries would not even screw into the chargers.
All junk. Total rip off. Garbage from China. AVOID.

SHIPPING - paid for expedited shipping. They put it on a slow boat from China. Delivery took over 6 weeks.

I really have to come back and leave a good review for this site. Thier communication leaves a little to be desired, but other Than that, I am pleased! I ordered 2 AV Stormtrooper Mech clone kits in different colors. Quality was excellent! Just as solid as authentic version (which my brother has)! I got a little worried about legitimacy of site for a minute, due to lack of communication, but in the end all is well and I have 2 beautiful new additions to my Vape collection!

Terrible company should not be allowed to trade commiting fraud a d theft. Can only agree with every other recent review to be honest. Contacted to say they wouldblet menknow when order sent no contact. Complained offered alternative product that they dont even have on theyre own site. Agreed then no more contact. They sho UK ld be banned from trading.

Its the absolute WORST company ever!
I ordered february 6. And never recieved confirmation or invoice..
I tried to contact the company and some random icloud mail answered february 8., that i would get a tracking number within 24-72 hours.
I contacted PayPal and february 16. I got a tracking number, but it doesent work!!!

Seriously! I want My money back!
