I have not tried their boxes; my orders have always been a la carte. I’ve ordered from them three times and while I did have a couple issues (missing or not very fresh produce), customer service has always been very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I will certainly be ordering from them again.

This is my third order and I would really like to become a regular customer based on the unique products they carry.

I wasn’t too happy with this last order. It took longer than usual, the box was beat up when it got to me, the green plantains started ripening in a day and the passion fruits were small. For the price, I expected the fruits to be a little bigger, like they’ve been in the past.

This is my second time ordering from Vega Produce...the same quality.

The ice pack was not remotely frozen and everything was actually really hot in the box. Some of the quenapas were moldy and pre-split

I would like to order my own choices of your nice vegetables okra, green beans, bottle gourd, chayote squash , coconut papaya, guava etc.

I have enjoyed ordering from here because I ca get some items that are not available in my area. The service is great, fast shipping and everything gets here. My last order I just was a bit disappointed because the breadfruit I got was still too green and really couldn’t be used for anything. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Was really looking forward to fresh produce. Ordered several different products, only 3 were in packages the other were loose inside the box. Root vegetables got “bruised” and got fruits dirty. Long beans arrived wilted and durty.

very disappointed with this company, first and foremost when you order a fresh produce this should arrives ASAP, obviously this company doesn't know about the lifespan of fruits and vegetables, I received my order after almost 5 days, all the produces were over ripened, green plantains became yellow plantains, malanga lila has little sprouts coming out, terrible experience, do yourself a favor, find a local store(hopefully you will find something) a purchase them there, very dishonest people.

Produce was very good, but not avocados. They needed to be packed better as they were rolling around the box and one was about 75% inedible due to rot.

Previous order came in bruised and damaged. Hopefully This shipment will be improved

Product and Delivery Issues:
- The avocado fruit was totally mashed and mushy
- The bitter melon is yellowish instead of a fresh green color
- The Chinese squash was mashed and broken into pieces
- The ice packs had turned into 'warm water'

Recommendations:
- Provide better packaging and don't skimp on the ice packs
- Ensure proper handling and prompt delivery

Their fruits are amazing and their customer service is a plus! All my orders has been correct and delivery is good. Love their dragonfruits!

When I received my order it was late and the chill bag was melted and completely warm. One of the fruits, Pepino Melon was squished, warm & smelled and needed to be thrown away immediately. I was disappointed on how slimy the Golden Berries were and they needed to be washed multiple times. Everything else was satisfactory.

High-quality products. My order always comes quickly. I've never seen such a selection of products anywhere else like at Vega Produce, they always amaze me with their variety. So I order something new every time and try out new flavours. That's actually pretty cool :)

In the shipping, the Vegetables got rotten and damaged.

Some of the items were spoiled. One mango was rotten. The bitter melon was partially rippen and smashed. Some of the peppers had to be thrown away because they were also rotten and smashed. Items arrived very hot, I guess from being in the heat to long.

I ordered malanga, calabasa and plátano. Im Cuban and living in Louisiana, it’s impossible to find these things here and I was so happy to find Vega produce. The box came quickly and everything was fresh and delicious! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Everything arrived fresh and in a timely manner, can't wait to reorder.

Spoiled vegetables! I purchased the Happy Vega Box for my mom for Mother's Day. In spite of allowing the number of days recommended on their website, my mom didn't receive the box until three days after Mother's Day, When I complained, I received an email saying the delivery was delayed because the address I entered doesn't exist. When I responded with letters from the post office confirming my mom's address, I received an email that instead of saying "We apologize", said "Please apologize to us." The language difficulty would be funny if most of the vegetables weren't spoiled by the time they arrived. Also, contrary to the info on their website, no recipes or identification of the vegetables were included in the box. Very frustrating!
