Brilliant product it does exactly what it is advertised to do , spent months on creams from the doctors and alot of money on creams , tried this product as a last resort and noticed chamges within days

Product took over a week to arrive.

It has worked much more slowly than advised.

The subscription renewal is extremely underhanded and difficult to cancel. I tried but after they didn’t respond, I just blocked them on my credit card. It’s the first time I have had to do this.

Has realistically helped with skin rash and itching 75 percent so far, can see the difference of skin softness.

Plain and simple. It did what it was advertised to do, PERIOD!!!

Soap does not work, Tried contacting support for the last 2 months (Have had 0 Replies back) and they still have yet to cancel my subscription and still send the soap, Gave it the benefit of the doubt tried it for the second month and still doesn't work.

Do not purchase this product its a scam, the product didn't work, no refund and yet they promise for full refund, they automatically subscribe you to recurring payment, unable to cancel the recurring payment either

After many many emails to “Nick “ I still have NOT received even my first bar of soap, which was ordered 4 months ago.
After an address mix up, which possibly was my fault and prepared to wear that, I’ve asked and asked for it to be sent to the right address. Eventually, they offered to resend to the right address if I pay the postage cost but with a generous 15% discount amounting to $10.88 !!!! If I buy a bar of Valoma, postage is $6.99, and that is WITHOUT the 15% discount.
I’m getting a very solid feeling that this whole thing is a scam. Get back to me ASAP, or I’m blowing the whistle.

I'VE SENT OVER 10 EMAILS REQUESTING A STOP ON THE JULY 2ND SHIPMENT THAT I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR YET NO RESPONSE AND NOW I GET AN EMAIL SAYING YOUR SHIPMENT IS ON THE WAY. UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF YOUR POLICY AND THE LAW OF THE UNITED STATES I AM REQUESTING THAT ALL OF MY INFORMATION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO (CARDS ON FILE) BE REMOVE AND ALL AND ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. I PURCHASED A ONE TIME SITUATION AND YOUVE TURNED IT INTO NIGHTMARE. THIS SITUATION HAS DAMAGED ME, CAUSING MENTAL ANGUISH, SUFFERING AND DISTRESS. PLEASE REMOVE MY CARD ON FILE. Jury still out - trying to cancel unintended “subscription”.

I ordered what I thought was a one time purchase. At the confirmation page it showed I had “subscribed” but this was not my intent. Sent several emails to continue with single purchase but cancel subscription - no response.

Hope I don’t have to cancel my card to avoid a forced subscription I did not want.

No customer service phone number. Red flags emerging. Probably better off avoiding this company.

Thank you for have been order 3 soap bar for 2 soap bar = 5 pack arrived me look open only 3 soap bar missing no 2 soap bar = 5 pack !!really price very expensive ! but I feel good soap very much better.

The soap has been a massive help. Been dealing with the issue for nearly two years before buying this product.

Now I'm irritation free. My body feels much better overall and no more itch!

Who knew natural ingredients could be so powerful for dealing with fungus.

Avoid this scam company. Made initial purchase from Veloma only after a month they had charged me again under the guise of setting up a subscription (which was cleverly hidden in their sign up process). I contacted them repeatedly to refund the payment and cancel my subscription to which I have had zero response. Instead they shipped the soap anyway. I’ll be trying to dispute this fraudulent payment with my bank. Oh and the soap dosesn’t work!

It's been 2 weeks and no update of order or any sign that the product is actually coming. Can't get anyone on the phone nor a response to emails. What is going on

Requested a one off purchase to now find out another delivery is on its way feels like a scam now!!!

1. they set me on a subscription in a very sneaky way, I just couldn't tell until LATER once shopify confirmed I would pay that on a monthly basis

2. 5 days after purchase they still need to hand the parcel to the delivery company

3. the delivery company (relay) they chose is also sneakily contacting me to "switch to collection" rather than delivery, trying to save money on me

I have no idea about the product, but I am certain I will never buy again from them.

Seems to work... so far so good.
