This store and it's product are a scam.
I purchased some of the soap bars and was put on a subscription which was not properly disclosed or wanted.
The soaps did not work.
I have been chasing refunds for both the initial order and the second order which was sent with no authorisation.
I am not receiving responses to my emails.

Good product let down by duplicitous and untrustworthy consumer practice.
I bought some soap, which was effective, if expensive. I was pleased with how it relieved my affected area. However, Veloma then auto-enrolled me into a subscription service without my consent and I was charged again, on a monthly basis, without agreeing to it. I probably would have bought more soap, but the way the company behaved has confirmed I will not be using it again. Very poor experience.

This really is a great product. I have been following the protocol for one month now and the results are really evident. Follow up by Veloma with handy tips has also been very helpful and supportive. This product has now become part of my routine wellness routine.

From the very beginning, I was a bit skeptical about... I tried every cream, but nothing helped, it only provided temporary relief, and the problem always came back. At first, I ordered just one bar of soap to try it out. Now I’m signed up for a monthly delivery of three. It helps!
After using it daily for two weeks, the redness has almost cleared up, and the itching, especially at night, is no longer a major bother. It hasn't gone away completely, of course, but life has become much easier, and I am confident that if I follow every step, everything will return to normal.
I’ve only been using this for two weeks, and the results are already visible. I’m hoping that after a couple of months, everything will clear up. I also forgot to mention that I want to try the cream as well, for daytime hydration and protection.

Wow wow wow it really works what a great soap would recommend to everyone

The soap is completely useless. It's a Chinese company that looks like it's Australian. They trick customers by directing them to a monthly subscription option. They sent me soap a second time and charged me even though I didn't want it.

I've noticed today after about half a bar's worth of soap, with applying generally every day and night for about a month, my feet are in the healthiest they have been in a while. after contacting the foot fungus over seas, Ive been battling this disease of itchy flip flop lines. I will keep up the fight, and as far as today We are Winning the good Fight!

Its a Chinese scam this soap does not work FACT! If your stupid enough to believe there crap then you need your head testing take it from someone who try it for 2 months itch never disappeared or the flaking of skin I taken my concern to trading standards as these scammer are selling false promises

After dealing with the itch for over a year i finally found an advert about this soap online, took my chances and tried it 2 weeks down the line the flaky skin had disappeared the itch was just about gone, now a month later i feel back to normal though i still continue to use the soap

SCAM ALERT!!! Product doesn't work. Packaging wass as cheap as posible. They tie you to a monthly subscription sneakily and when you sent mails to cancel it they don't reply and charge you straight away.
DO NOT FALL ON THEIR SCAM. DON'T WATSE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I contacted the company almost immediately after placing my order to report an issue and expected someone to help. Instead, I received slow, generic responses that did nothing to resolve the problem. When they finally did respond, they expected me to pay additional fees for an issue I had tried to correct right away.

What’s even worse is that after I replied, they completely stopped responding. I have sent multiple follow-up emails over several days, including a request to cancel my subscription, and have been ignored every single time. The lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional and makes it seem like they only respond when it’s convenient for them.

As a customer, all I wanted was clear communication and a fair resolution. Instead, I was met with silence and poor customer service. I have now been forced to consider disputing the charge with my payment provider because the company refuses to communicate.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. If something goes wrong with your order or subscription, don’t expect timely support or meaningful assistance. Based on my experience, once they have your money, getting a response is nearly impossible.

Was a good soap but they add you on a subscription without telling you and then keep taking money and you carnt get hold of anyone to cancel it not worth the effort just a scam to take people money the soap did absolutely jack shit I’ve been using it for over a month now and no change at all very unimpressed. Don’t fall for the social media post they put up all fake.

I have lived with these issues for about 12years alongside bottles/tubes/sprays attempting to alleviate my issues.
Well after 3/4 washes with your instructions…..issues have receded to the effect I no longer am aware of anything, I’m typing this review and no issues.

For the first time, I’ve found something that actually works on my rashes. I’ve been using Veloma Antifungal Soap for about 2 months consistently and I’m loving the results!!! I’ve been searching for a solution to my constant rashing for years. Sometimes not wanting to take off my clothes in front of my wife for fear she the extent of my rashing. Thank You so much for providing a solution that finally works!!!
