After being auto enrolled to recurring orders. I have now paid for two orders and received neither. After contacting Veloma they advised my address was wrong which I confirmed back to them 3 weeks ago no I have radio silence as a reply after sending 2 reminders. Very disappointed . Order was placed on 10th of June!

The product seems to be working pretty well thus far. I love the feedback emails with how this stuff works and what to expect.

This product showed its effectiveness the very first time I used it.

For around ten years of had the rash from inner thighs to my buttocks even on my lower back . I have tried many creams and saops with minimal luck . After one week of using the soap 80% gone 3 week on all gone awesome product . Easy to order and delivery is so easy to track . 5 stars amazing

I've dealt with what my elders called a soda pop rash since I was a teenager. The summers were especially bad. The itching ,welts and discoloration were unbearable and embarrassing to say the least.

I've gone to several demotolagist over the years to whom have prescribed me with pills to skin creams. All of which seem to work in the beginning although the rash would come back sometimes after several months and sometimes within days. I all but gave up on trying to control it which by the way covered about a third of my back and side, sometimes it would come up in my face area. The itching would be intolerable in the summer time causing me to sometimes scratch until I bled.

So once more I saw a infomercial on Facebook. I figured what could it hurt.
I'am at this moment pleasantly surprised with the results. This is my third order and it hasn't returned. My skin looks and feels great. I don't pull my shirt off too often do to my age although if I was to go to a beach, I wouldn't be embarrassed by doing so. The results as of now seem to work. I will continue to order as long as I keep getting results.

Shocking in every way, non applied discounts, goods that never arrived, subsequent goods sent despite not subscription signed up for. BEWARE

I found the product to be ineffective - also, please be aware that this company will sneak a subscription into your order so you’ll end up buying a bar every few weeks - very difficult to cancel (I had to go directly to my bank) This is basically stealing - SHAME ON YOU

No product delivered. They had the wrong address . I tried multiple times to correspond and correct the address. Only received an automated response. .They also tried to get a subscription out of me which was hard to get out of . Do not trust this company .

I had a constant itch for almost a year. Dermatologists struggled to find anything to help. Within the first week of my purchase, Veloma eased the itch and made me feel a bit more normal. I just need to get rid of the discoloration caused from the jock itch and I’ll be back to normal.

The soap with it's three main ingredients is the best anything I have ever used. I re ordered because I ran out. I'll never do that again. This product saved my life.

TL;DR - The refund (and likely product) is a fraud and a scam. Neither worked as advertised.
I read through the website and purchased Veloma on July 10th. It was delivered on July 19th. I used the soap as instructed from July 19th until August 9th (22 days). There was no difference as claimed on the website. When I went back to the website to cancel the auto recurring order, I noticed the claim that the product was "risk free" with a "30 day money back guarantee" so I looked into the policy. There were five conditions. There was a minimum usage period of 14 days...I used the product for 22 days. One down, four to go. The refund was good on the first purchase only. This was my first purchase. Two down, three to go. One claim per customer. I'm the only one in the household to ever attempt to use this product. Three down, two to go. You must submit the refund request within 30 days of confirmed delivery. My confirmed delivery date was July 19th. According to the calendar, that's 24 days ago. Four down, one to go. You need to have proof of purchase. When I have the order #, my paypal receipt, and the actual bar of soap. Having satisfied all five requirements, I submitted as per their instructions. I was initially told by Mark in support that the refund guarantee window had already passed and as a "goodwill gesture" they'd offer me a 20% refund. When I pointed out that in order for the guarantee window to have passed, they would have delivered the soap to me before I actually ordered it, I received no reply. When I prompted them with the information above, I again got the "goodwill offer" and this time they automatically processed it and closed the claim. Steer clear of this product and their "guarantees" Neither the product nor the refund was as advertised. I'd give this less than one star, but that isn't possible in the system.

Bunch of clowns... my soap never arrived. After 2 months of emails and nagging, I've been offered a 40% refund.
And watch out for the sneaky subscription they'll sign you up for.

Im 2 weeks in and I definitely can see and feel the results. Well worth it
