Despite multiple emails, they do not get back to me. They mis sold me a subscription and refuse to solve the issue. I didn’t even ask for money back, just to stop the subscription. Still nothing back. Product didn’t even work but that’s beside the point at this stage. Would not recommend that anyone use this company.

Soap and cream deliver what it states, when used as suggested and directed. Finally experienced relief after using sprays and other creams. Easy to order. Glad i found these products and most definitely recommend.

Three years of a skin issue. I have seen some of the leading dermatologists in NSW and spent a fortune on prescription medication. Then I tried Veloma on a whim. Two weeks later my skin was clear. Insane.

Very sneaky about purchase being a subscription and rude when you call them out on it.

I ordered soap then saw it was subscription so I tried to cancel with several emails but no reply then cancelled card before anymore money was taken before getting a reply

They signed you up for subscription without permission and don't reply to emails canceling orders or subscription & the product isn't that good.

No show delivery 6 weeks on. No response for update emails.

Don't ever deal with this business.
I was signed up to a recurring order without my knowledge or intent.
When an order was auto generated, I immediately contacted them to have it cancelled but got the 'sorry, already shipped' reply, even though I made contact within an hour of receiving the 'order processed' email.
I've been trying for weeks to get my money refunded but am being ignored and treated with a distain that is as bad as I've ever experienced with an organization.
Go elsewhere to get whatever products this firm has on offer.

Two steps forward. One step back…At best. I don’t know if this is doing any good after a couple months. Not worse, but better??? Not really. Same red rings under arms. Lather on as directed 3-5 minutes each time. Cold hair dryer under arms for drying…trying the cream, OTC, powder to keep dry.

Shipping is SLOW and the subscriptions are problematic (billed for a cream after I purchased 3 more soap and 3 cream). Essentially feel like I am flushing $ until I take the liver damaging prescription.

1st of all and most importantly the soap works which is why I’ve given it a 5 Star.

Unfortunately the marketing leaves a lot to be desired by pushing you into signing up for fsr more bars than you need to get them at a a reasonable price I inadvertently signed up for a rolling 3 bars a month deal when I only actually need 1 and so now have 6 months stock.
Emails go unanswered and I was unable to stop a recent delivery, fortunately my wife managed to delve into the website to find a cancel button which has solved the issue.
So the main message is they really do work but only order what you actually need which for me is 1 bar per month.

The soap works great for jock itch, gone within a couple of days.
Athletes foot…. Has worked to a small extent, but it keeps coming back, now it might be that I wear boots for work and roughly do 15hrs a day in them, 5-6 days a week, but better than they where, so not all bad

If you’re looking for a profiteering Company with no apparent Customer Service and Support department then look no further. Want unauthorised transactions debited to your Visa card after cancelling your contract? BINGO! Want no reply to emails concerning defective products and financial fraud? BOX TICKED! The basic product offering - the soap - is of limited efficacy and extortionately overpriced. Having discovered this, I sought to assist it with their expensive Tea Tree Cream. The product was evidently defective and fell foul of the current UK legislation governing product quality and standards - The Consumer Rights Act 2015. I emailed Veloma describing the defect and attaching photographic evidence. Naturally, they didn’t reply. I cancelled my subscription which generated an automatic email from them confirming same. Days later they email to say they are preparing a new order of soap. They debited my Visa card. All emails from me regarding this fraudulent transaction were duly ignored. I eventually got a form of reply after leaving a Review on another Forum. No apology or explanation. It was both condescending and patronising in its tone as if they were communicating with a 5 year old boy instead of a 55 year old lawyer. As a”gesture of goodwill” they indicated that I could keep the unordered product and they would refund 50% of the fraudulent transaction. Like a thief offering you half of your house contents back. Bizarre is an understatement. 15 emails without resolution or engagement now requires a further drain on my time to escalate matters to the Fraud Investigation Department of my card company etc. My disgust with this Company is evidenced by the chronology of events, emails, credit card statements, photographs and retained (and unopened) unordered products. I note from the Reviews that these concerns with Veloma are not unique to me. They may (or may not) be charlatans or snake-oil salesmen but what they most definitely unprofessional as a Company. I would urge any prospective customer to think very carefully before contracting with this Company and to avoid their ‘Subscription’ which, by web design, is by default rather than intent. As the old Latin maxim ominously states - CAVEAT EMPTOR - LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

Delivery times are insane, for a product you look to order to help immediately. By the time it arrives you’ve tried enough creams that it’s healed anyway so who knows if this soap works or not

Two purchases billed to my credit card on the 23rd and 26th of June. No product received. Four separate messages sent via email with no response. Now lodging a case of fraud via with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
