Unusual but great experience in the end! So I ordered a new pair of road shoes for an event and only received on shoe in the box! I informed Velorunner there was only 2 days until the event and they found the other shoe and sent it our 24hour delivery so I could wear my new road shoes at my event. They were super helpful and resolved the problem very quickly. Very polite and understanding - I will shop here again for sure! Thank you!

Got a really quick response on a query I had about a listing. Best price I could find online with the huge bonus of not only free delivery but also free return, if necessary. Ordered Friday before 12 and item was ready to be delivered Monday morning. Really good experience overall will keep an eye out for any future bits I need.

I was a little worried about ordering from Velorunner because it was not a company I had heard of and there were no reviews on Trustpilot. I ordered a pair of Brooks trainers which were considerably cheaper than anywhere else I had found online. I need not have worried, the trainers arrived within a few days. Unfortunately the trainers were not a good fit so I had to return them. Their return policy is clearly explained and a simple process. I spoke to Peter who was a very nice man which is why I am leaving this 5* review. If you are considering a purchase from Velorunner, go ahead - you won't be sorry (unless of course your item doesn't fit)!
