Ordered a dress, the item that arrived was significantly different to the photos online.
Have emailed customer services, awaiting their response.
Paid via PayPal so have also raised a dispute via their resolution centre.

One star, as there is no option for zero. China based warehouse, zero customer service, quality of product very poor, no communication with company. Eventually they agreed to refund 20 % but month later Im still waiting. And you can only return if you post it back TO CHINA at your own cost. Never again!! AVOID < SCAM !!!

The item arrived however it was such a poor quality and nothing like it was advertised. The company state that they’re based in London UK however when attempting to return the item they want it sent to China which has very high charges.

I thing this company is a scam. I placed order in 12th Dec. Nine days past and no updates as to where in Velora system is. I emailed and no response Daylight Robbery. Don’t shop with this site.

I have ordered 3 hijabs with undercap which arrived 2 weeks later and the items were extremely poor quality. I wanted to return the item but the address that I have received by email was China! The cost of sending the item back was too high for me to send it back! Complete scam

Absolutely awful experience. I saw a dress and it looked like lovely quality. I ordered it and it arrived after 10 days. The dress I received was completely different to the one I received in terms of appearance and quality. It was also huge in size. It was made of very cheap thin scratchy fabric and was not lined. It probably cost about £1 to make. I was very disappointed and reached out to Velour who are based in Rotterdam only to be told I had to send the item, at my own cost, to China, and it had to arrive in 10 days. Alternatively they offered me a 20% reduction and keep the item. This is basically a scam. You are not made aware of these terms before you buy and this policy is contrary to the Sale of Goods Act and the Distance Selling regulations but they are getting away with it. Avoid at all costs.

I've ordered 2 suits, items I've received were nothing as advertised. One suit was terrible quality and absolutely shapeless. Other suit size was all wrong, far to small. Terrible customer services, after few months I'm still awaiting my refund. This is absolutely scam company.

Purchased 2 dresses which arrived poorly made and I requested a refund the same day. There was a lot of back and forth with them trying to get my to pay for alternative dresses to be shipped out to me. I was not happy with this and wanted a refund. They finally gave me the return instructions and I did exactly as they had asked. 7 months later and still no refund. They take months to respond to emails and then send a link which states my parcel has been declined by them and is now on its way back to me. Fraudulent company! Reporting to trading standards.

Firstly, their garments are overpriced, the quality of jeans I have received is not worth nearly £40 and definitely not worth the £80 they are advertised at. The sizing isn't correct, I ordered a size S which is supposed to be an 8 but I can't get them over the my hips at all. The jeans themselves don't look like the image on the website, they took over a month to be delivered and it says on the website money back guarantee- which is false information. When reaching out to the company to return as per policy, they have given me two options. Either pay for the return to Asia myself which they have explained is expensive or I can keep the jeans and they will refund 15% of the total cost to me and plant trees for every 3 orders I make- Asif I will order from these again. It clearly states on the website they will send me a returns label which is mis-leading because what they actually mean is they will just send you a return address and you have to pay for the shipping yourself.

I placed my order on the 25.10.24 order #2062 for Cecilia classic knitted pullover in orange. I have sent emails and advised SHOP I still haven't received my order it's a scam taking money from our accounts 😡

On the 9th of November I made a purchase from this company under the false pretences and claims of a London based store closing down.
On 20th November I finally received two VERY cheaply made - poor quality dresses that looked nothing like the photograph I had bought them against.
I made a return request immediately.
On 29th November they illegally offered me a 20% refund. I refused - my order value was over 100£
On 1st December they offered me a 30% refund. Again, I refused I wanted all my money back!!
On 2nd December following thier exacting returns instructions I sent the dresses to China
On the 9th January the parcel finally cleared customs for delivery to their warehouse.
It was refused by them and is now being returned to me.
They are ignoring all my emails and I have STILL NOT received my refund despite having followed their EXACT return procedure.
I now have no option than to open a case of fraudulent activity with my bank to get my money back.
They are a COMPLETE scam company I am
reporting them to trading standards

do not purchase anything from this company - they are scammers! They make out that they are a small London UK based company who are closing down. It took over 4 weeks for the item to arrive - it arrived too late - the quality was not as in the photographs and if you want to return you have to return to China at more expense than what your item is worth.

Absolute rubbish and no customer service oriented.
I ordered a suit on 29/11/24 and l have not received my order. Weeks later received an email saying they have updated the delivery status and not heard from them since. Do not buy from this company

This is a fraudulent company, they are not based in London but in China. It takes ages for products to come to you and they are nothing like the pictures and poor quality. When I bought a jumper they were just closing down only they are still open several weeks later. If you want to return anything it is to China costing £16-£19 at your own cost. Turns out they are across social media in multiple countries claiming to be based in that country. So much for the British flag displayed. Don’t buy it’s absolute rubbish.

An actual joke of a "company". A "London Based Company" that doesn't allow you to return your items to the UK, that offer you a 50% refund if you keep their crap items.
I ordered a beautiful wool sweater with trees stitched into it, looked beautiful on the website, and was on sale for 35 pounds (originally 150), so was sure the quality would be lovely. I came and is a thin shirt, polyester fabric with a sweater and trees printed onto it. I wouldn't have bought this crap for 5 pounds.

This is a totally scam company in China claiming to be based in London. I bought a Chloè blazer and trousers which came as "Lianchu" terrible quality 😢😢😢. I feel so disgusted and deceived. The customer service is so poor and I had really no one to cry to. Please don't buy from them. It's a HUGE SCAM!!!!

OMG I wish I had seen all these reviews before buying anything 😭😭😭😭 run as fast as fast as you can if you haven’t bought anything. Shitty quality! Been told they will partially refund if I agree to keep the hideous clothes! Worse than Temu and it wasn’t necessarily cheap either

Bought a blue two piece dress from them after seeing ads on IG. The item I received was nothing like the pics, it was horrible quality and my husband even made fun of me.
I emailed the same day back asking for a return and refund, they on purpose didnt reply for days and days… then they kept offering half price credit if I keep the item, why would I keep this hideous rag. I declined so they reluctantly sent me a china postal address to return it. I sent it promptly next day , beared the shipping cost and all, 2 months later- item came back to my house! It said on it “parcel wasnt accepted and was refused by the receiver”… I got angry and wrote to amex explained the situation, now opened an investigation for the charge and lack of customer service. If you pay anything to them- you wont get your money back. Theyre a cheap china shop; avoid at all costs.
