Amazing customer service. I was having a few issues with using this as it is my first time however when contacting Verify through email, they were amazing and helped me. Allen made it easy to use Verify Online. I told him I troubles that I wasn’t able to upload a passport photo and instead he helped me upload my driving license instead. Verified very quickly and then was able to use this to continue with my DBS application.

I was directed to this company by Clearcheck, who I thought was the gov.uk website after paying an extraordinary amount for a DBS check. I paid them £15, later to find it was just to verufy my email address and mobile number. I later was asked for scans of my marriage certificate and passport and am now worried about identity fraud. Don't use them.

Allen in customer services was very helpful in sending through a new link to complete my id verification after the original link timed out. Very prompt reply with clear instructions and a follow up to ensure everything had been submitted without any issues.

Helping Hand Gratefully Received
I couldn't, probably because of my age, complete the verify form. I became stuck when I had to scan my passport with my mobile. I was, kindly, then given an alternative method with more simple uploading of photographed material with a "verifier" present who was able to check the documents and sign as an independent person. This was much easier for me.
