The product is completely waterproof unlike other major brands. I have the boots, socks, gloves and rain jacket and they keep me completely dry. Very reasonable pricing for such a great product.

I have two pair of Vessi shoes and one pair of their winter boots. The products are well made and comfortable for all day wear.

The purchase and shipping experience was also 5 star. Very easy to purchase through Shop and I received the orders in a couple days.

These might be the most ill fitting uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. They feel well made and tough but it's been weeks and they aren't breaking in, my toes hurt so bad by the end of the day I am close to tears. I can't afford a lot of things as I'm a single parent and I spent my shoe budget on these, now I'm stuck with them. They are horribly tight in all the worst places, extremely narrow and they press down badly across the top. It's not a shoe size issue cuz if I sized up they'd be ridiculously long on me. I've worn size ten in every shoe I've worn my entire life and I've never experienced anything close to how horribly these fit a human foot. So thank you Vessi, I'm stuck in pain everyday until I can afford new shoes which won't be for awhile, I bought these because of how trustworthy your company seemed and how well you advertised. That was a mistake and I couldn't even get in contact with a human to help me. You are just another company that doesn't care about your customers, not really.

I bought my Vessis in-store. The store was nicely laid out, and I was helped quickly. I bought my first pair of Vessis around two years ago, and I love them so much! They are my go-to shoes on any trip and for everyday wear. I bought the Pacific Sneaker in the Dune/Shore color, and they go so nicely with my outfits. They're also so comfortable! I also have a pair of Courtside Classics, which I think are more stylish, but the Pacific Sneaker is stylish and has more of a cushion - which is exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend Vessis enough, genuinely. I've worn them on beaches and in the ocean - they actually are waterproof and really easy to clean, since I can just rinse them off. I love my Vessis. <3

When I purchased my shoes from the Vessi store, I was able to use the $50 gift certificate that I obtained at Christmas time. I bought my storm burst shoes to wear in the Chinatown parade. It was raining and cold that day and my feet remained dry and warm.

I have bought numerous Vessi products either for myself or as gifts - and they always meet or exceed my expectations. I love my weekender shoes, I have used them throughout the winter and even in snow they perform well and stay dry. Recently had a problem with delivery from FedEx but Vessi resolved the issue rapidly and I got my latest pair of shoes with minimum hassle. Impressed with the after sales service.

I’m not sure I believed all the hype… great marketing but were the shoes that good or waterproof?? That all changed when I walked past their store and decided to at least try a pair on… instant comfort, light and flexible… just the best fit!!! Of course the first thing I do in my new Stormburst high tops is walk in to the sea with my dogs! I wear these everyday!

Shoes were well made and waterproof. Great customer service. My post office mistakenly returned my shoes and they shipped me back the shoes when I told them about the mix up.

Fast delivery, great customer service and exception quality of the product. (The only thing that has not worked for me is that the waterproof gloves are not warm enough for deep winter.)

Advertised as easy return process. Not so. Took a while to get the shoes which were supposed to be excellent for walking with plantar fasciitis. Not true. Unbelievably stiff and painful. Return process is difficult to find, pictures of shoes have to be sent, need to send back USPS, tracking shows picked up (finally) by some person at a post office in Redlands. Still no refund.

Website was very easy to find what we were looking for. The shipping was quick and our boots arrived as expected. As first time Vessi boot wearers we found the boots to be more comfortable than expected, easy to put on and yes even wearing them out in the snow we have dry feet.
