Today I had an appointment in Golf course road branch at 8.40pm but due to heavey rain I reached at 9pm .
The receptionist said doctor has already left and I confirmed my appointment also at 8:30 on call that I will come but you guys don’t value your customers I came all the way from Delhi to Gurgaon . This is not at all done u guys should show atleast some empathy towards your customers . If you guys confirmed the appointment on call than you should also call us and inform that doctor has already left ,don’t come.

I took my puppy for illness
But the dr urmila tested and gave him overdose injections.
As it’s a puppy why she gave 2injection seriously I don’t know
After the injection I lost my puppy
This is my experience I think the vetic doctors are not well educated.

Everytime my dog has visited for a grooming; he has come back with rashes on his testicles and even after the clinic is aware of the issue they have made me pay night charges of 1750 while my kid was suffering. Terrible,I wish I has zero stars to offer.

I saw the video.. It was heartbreaking. I hope you fire those barbarians. People don't have to go where dogs are abused so badly. He could have killed the dog .

STAY AWAY!!!! There is literally a video that has been shared with us of two groomers beating up the most innocent and adorable fur baby. The poor baby was punched in the face, on the sides, on top and was even kicked all while they recorded and laughed at it. To think this was actually recorded tells me they knew exactly what they planned on doing prior to being hired. How did not only 1 but TWO, groomers get into your facility and get away with this without the tiniest idea that they were sick in the head? I’ll forever love my furry babies, speak up, fight, and if possible, I’d even make a video but with them under my bare hands if given the opportunity or if I somehow FOUND the opportunity on my own. This is disgusting. This is a literal outrage. I can’t imagine what the owner felt upon witnessing this!!! We should all be typing a review because now that we have ALL WITNESSED THIS, We’re just as bad if we choose to keep quiet!!!! They need real prison time and be left in General population also. Don’t protect these cowards. Don’t put them in protective custody. Let them suffer the same way that poor fur baby did. Yes this is MY EXPERIENCE because my eyes and heart saw the gross video.

Disgusting inhumane abusive staff. If you want your pet to be mistreated beaten and tortured take them here!!!

Two of their employees in Thane have been caught abusing a dog in their care. The video is horrible to watch as they repeatedly hit a dog wearing a muzzle unable to defend itself. It’s very clear that it’s not the first time. NEVER go to this vet and hope it gets shut down.

Animal abuse by vetic pet clinic or abuser pet clinic , as you put it is a serious issue that goes against the ethical principles and professional responsibilities of the groomers . They take an oath to protect animal welfare and provide care and relief from suffering. If there are cases of animal abuse by them , it should be reported to the appropriate authorities for investigation and proper action. Animal welfare organizations and veterinary regulatory bodies often have mechanisms in place for reporting and addressing such misconduct and even the groomers should face consequences of their actions . I am so scared by their actions , smiling face and hitting the poor innocent dog , they should be punished .
Let’s speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves ………

Abusive to dogs. Their staff has been caught beating up an innocent, defenceless dog. Management does not have protocols for pet safety. They don’t allow pet parents to be in the same room as their pet during grooming procedure.

Zero star rating and never visit to such clinics. They wrestling with your dogs and in a cruel way.

Animal abusers. Shut them down.

I have seen the video of abusing a dog in Vetic clinic by a staff. Non imaginable. Very pathetic and shameful act by Vetic staff. This was captured anyhow but there is 100% possibility that Vetic has harmed many other dogs in the same way.
