We visited Victoria Secret in Milton Keynes today for a new bra for my daughter. As we were looking around a very helpful lady called Shannon advised us then said we could have a bra fitting if we had time. We agreed to a bra fitting which another assistant Taylor helped us with. She was brilliant and very patient. My daughter was very happy with her new bras. I would like to thank the members of staff that made this such a lovely experience for my daughter. They were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them.

Superb! Ordered on Wednesday evening, arrived on Thursday. 7 pairs of cheekys at a reasonable price

Ill fitting bras and unclear return instructions.

1) the bras are such a bad fit - they make the cup smaller than everywhere else. I'm usually a 32E but in VS I literally cant even purchase a bra because they're so freaking small. I ordered a few in 32E / DDD and 32G and they were absolutely miniscule.

2) the return instructions are non-existent and the customer service is also non-existent. I can't find an order number on the order confirmation email or the returns slip. the returns slip tells me to go to a website address (can't type it as link not allowed) to make a return - yet when i try to do this i get a message saying this does not exist. When I go to FAQs and look at how to return it simply says to see UK instructions - which direct me back to same non existent page. I tried to contact customer service and got a bot followed by maybe a human who disconnected. Useless - how the heck do I return?! Stuck with poor quality ill-fitting bras 0 stars.

I think Victoria's 'secret' is she makes her cups too small and doesn't provider any customer service.

Zero stars or less is all this on line company is worth . Do not order anything online !!!! You will seriously regret it !! You pay up front and they fail to deliver most of your order. Gross communication failure from this company. They just hope you will forget about your undelivered items and they pocket your money . Don’t even bother complaining to customer services you will get nowhere. An absolute disgrace. Avoid

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order. Despite paying for next-day delivery, it took over a week to arrive. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect - I received two body mysts instead of the body myst and lotion I actually ordered.
The thought of contacting customer service to correct this mistake is overwhelming, especially after the hassle I experienced just getting the order delivered in the first place.

The most helpful customer services. I have had contact with customer services via telephone twice over the past 4 weeks. I didn’t have to wait long to speak with a person. There was no automated voices, or options. Just straight through to a person. The staff are so helpful and polite. I got a refund and a voucher for one of my items being the wrong colour. Literally the best customer services experience.

Recently visited Victoria Secret in Bluewater, and found the staff more than unhelpful, very limited available members in the store available for questions and seemingly even fewer by the actual cashier, I was left waiting for 20 minutes after seeing 3 members of staff catch my eye before leaving, unfortunately I never did get to buy my items and was forced to leave them due to having to return back to my own work.

Horrible staff manager was disgusting and rude

I went into the store at the Trafford Centre. I chose the Pure Seduction 2 Piece Body Mist and Lotion Gift Set and took it to the cashier. It was marked at £15 as were all the others on the shelf. I was told that the price was now £19 but there was a Black Friday Discount of 25% so it was now discounted to £14.
You can understand how this appears to the customer. They have raised the price to give a discount.
The cashier said it was a mistake in the factory but surely they should remove them from the shop floor if this is the case until they have been repriced.
I left the store empty handed as I felt quite cheated. Not great customer service and the experience has not left me feeling I want to return.

Placed an order that never arrived, I chased the order to be told it was being re-sent and confirmation would be emailed. When I chased for this confirmation they would not give it to me - despite multiple requests. Customer service is seriously lacking and leaves you not trusting whether orders taken are legit or not.

Don't get a bra fitting here it is not accurate at all. Went in to get a bra fitting as I know I have changed sizes, the person instore told me I am a 36e tried on a bra and on the tightest hook it was so loose I may as well of just been wearing a t-shirt. Went elsewhere to get fitted, who did it the old fashioned way of band size under the bust and then a bust measurement and turns out I'm a 32E... thats 2 band sizes smaller.
Even after I had mentioned I think that the measurement can't be correct they were adamant I was a 36 band. Bras are supposed to be worn with the outer hooks being used first so that over time as the fabric stretches you use the other hooks to shorten the now stretched out band... they didn't even know that. Please sort out your sizing and train your staff correctly. The staff member was lovely, polite and kind... it seems to be more of a training issue than the employee themselves as this is not the first time. Im a dress size 6 to 8, I make my own clothing for costumes not just for myself but for others so I know how to measure myself I'm just in a bit of shock that this is what's happening in bra fittings today.

Don't recommend buying online any items, parcel didn't arrive nor got any customer service support for information or fixing the problem except sending to different emails to explain the issue again and again with no problem solution.

I visited the Oxford Street branch in London, I received an amazing service! and bought beautiful products.

Victoria’s Secret White City- Alesha Johnson was amazing! We came in for a bra fitting and she was extremely helpful, attentive and supportive. Really a key member to the team.

We went to have my daughter fitted for her first bra at the Bluewater store. The first time was in 2022 - and she was measured wrongly by a member of staff. I thought they are professional fitters, but clearly not. These bras were pricey (spent £80 on two) and eventually were so ill fitting. It was not a good sight.

The next time we went I found out that the sizing was completely off, and the fitter recommended a bra that wasn't fit for purpose - a half cup bra that wasn't suitable or fit properly for the entire day. Kicking myself for taking her advice because I am out of pocket by £40, two bras that are useless. Ended up purchasing better bras at Marks and Spencer, and for less money.

Pretty looking store, but rubbish fitting skills and rubbish product. I will never EVER be buying for my daughter from here again. Very disappointed at being ripped off by silly people who shouldn't be advising anyone about the fit of a bra.

I havent been well and decided to spend lots to cheer me up ! One lady sort of helped. But disappeared. When i wanted help with the bras I walked over to 3 chattering staffl. I asked if they worked there ! One reluctantly showed me where to look and helped find one bra walked off without offering advice or asking if i wanted to buy more ( which i did ). She walked back to her other colleagues snd carried on chatting ! They were still there when i left !

It used to be so good ! Fortunatly i managed to get what i needed in other shops at bluewater

So easy to order online, delivered to local next store and collected within two days, Amazing service.
And the items were very well received.

I ordered a make up bag for a gift that I needed for today. I received an email saying it would arrive yesterday between 8am and 8pm. It didn't arrive so I phoned customer services this morning to be told that it's out of stock and they will refund me. If I hadn't have phoned, I don't think they would have contacted me nor would I have got a refund.

Also, it's incredibly difficult to hear the customer services person as the other people in their office are so loud and their headset clearly isn't suitable for the environment.

Ordered a £104 perfume set online, received after a week. The box battered , no badge on the front. Sent an email to request placement.. took a week to respond. Eventually receive a replacement which looks entirely worse than the first! It’s been opened bottles not in correct place , box ripped and bashed. Both times sent in a plastic bag, should clearly be boxed to protect it. Definitely isn’t a £100 + looking present . Won’t order from them again!
