yesterday 2 Oct: had to return 2 bras at westfield branch w12. I had tried to return a week ago but unfortunately my phone went flat with no power. so could not get the refund. but the receipt shown as refunded. that shop assistant did not cancelled the refund there and then. so when i went back yesterday with my charged phone for refund. that lady on the till. kept me on the till for a long time. she s never told me nothing or apologises or explained to me why she kept on the phone talking to someone else. . and kept me waiting. she was calling the manager. so 2 ladies came and acted as ii was trying to rob them of asking 2 times a refund.. these 3 ladies in front of me. were questioning me as i was suspiscious. i kept calm and explained the issues the best i can. no one of them have ever shown any respect or approach me with a prof attitude. and never apologises for their manners. after a while all was sorted. UK branches staff do not seem to have any decent customer service training. making the customer feel so humiliated and disrespected. a disgrace.

I think victoria secret in uk is a joke . They never have my products in stock . The website is not working. What a joke . Shouldn't sell if you don't stock up products or not have a proper website

This isn't Victoria Secret, this is the off-shore UK version by NEXT. Absolutely dreadful, how they treat customers, no communication about orders or shipment, wrong items sent, and staff has 0 interest in getting your correct order to you. I had to re-pay shipping because they sent the wrong items to me, which they asked me to return on my own. The staff isn't trained and they do not give a single F about any customer, nor the customer happiness. I have an email chain of 15 emails+ and the attitude of the customer service worker is neither helpful, nor apologetic. I have paid money for a service I ultimately didn't receive. They cannot even do the basics. This is not what Victoria Secret stands for and if anyone in America would see this, they'd be simply appalled.

Complete misunderstanding. Delivery by Evri not delivered. No contact and nowhere to report it. Everyone has it in the ass. You buy online at your own risk

today Monday 19 June 23. victoria secret UK online help support is useless. sorry to say so compare to the USA online former website. they were so nice and so helpful. it was a pleasant interaction and successful orders. but sorry the UK is unhelpful and at times abrupt. so they re not willing to assist as hte former US website...not happy . but not my lost as i will shop for better items and customer care....

I have yet to ever receive a Victoria's Secret order on time since they were bought by Next. Next day delivery is a myth as they seldom have items in stock (despite saying they do when you place an order) and complaints simply meet with a shrug of the shoulders.

Great and quick customer service. Stores are usually messy and too busy but the online shopping is very smooth.

Endless problems
Lost in the post. Items out of stock and still no refund 6 weeks later, no one answering calls nor emails. Its baffling in 2023 a business runs like this. It was fine before NEXT.co.uk took over the UK business.

Ordered PJs for a present at Christmas, security tag was left on them.

Spoke with customer service, mentioned that these things happen and they asked to return to nearest local store. Not the best response when you have paid for delivery - the store isn't local at all.

Asked for my order reference, explained they didn't provide one and provided other details such as paypal transaction ID, courier tracking, product number, cost etc to allow them to identify the order.

Their system didn't have my order. Told me they can't help me and told me to go speak to Next who they used to the distribute this however for this they rudely cut the chat after telling me that I never ordered from them in the first place.

Had ordered things before but this will certainly be my last.

This review is more about their choice of delivery company (Evri) rather than Victorias Secret itself. Ordered some items for wife’s birthday, paid for next day delivery so expected way before her birthday a week later. Needless to say I still haven’t received the goods I ordered, Evri lost the first box and second box is apparently still at the Evri depot. VS did refund me the cost of delivery and are sending a £10 voucher but I felt the need to give 2 stars to VS for their poor choice in delivery company which reflects on them badly.

The staff in the Bluewater branch just hang around in little cliques chatting among themselves.
Some of the staff seem really nice but the last time I went, I was just stared at like I had no business being there. When you go in there, In my personal opinion and experience, it's like being back at highschool again and they only seem to help you if you seem worthy of their time.

This has nothing to do with the US Victoria secret experience.

The UK version is absolutely appalling. The website and logistics are powered by Next. I don't know who is working there buy trained farm animals could do a better job. I placed an order and never received an order confirmation. I called up and said that the money was taken out of my PayPal account, they answered I haven't been verified so they cannot ship my orders so I asked to be refunded if they deny my order. They said oh ok we will refund you. I paid 200 GBP and they refunded me 7 gbp. I called up again and they ensured me they have refunded me but that they refund item by item and it will take a while? I have never heard of this praxis before. I also never received an order cancellation/refund email so i asked them and the "customer service agent" sent me a hand written one, entirely unprofessional. I was never refunded so PayPal helped me get my money back. Vs got bought by next and they are just letting it die. They clearly do not give a s##. The website is also awful to navigate, hard to find matching sets and matching mists because everything is designed so poorly. I would tell everyone to go to the american Vs website and order from there because it's 100 better and amazing unless what next has done to Vs in the uk

I have spoken with Amy a few minutes ago, horrible customer services, made a purchase on the 20th this month and due to a technical error from your side, I haven’t received any email confirming my order. When contacted to the customer services she simply said “I can’t find your details, you has bought in a fake website, go and chat with your bank”. I was 100% sure I bought with you, then I have created an account and my order was there, even ready to retire in the collection point. What kind of customer services is this? Thanks god I didn’t reach my bank and did a littler effort to resolve my problem as this lady it’s not humble to admit she has made a mistake! 0/5

Appalling. I bought 2 bras and within 8 wears one of them has fallen apart at the strap. I have contacted the store and customer service for help and have been thrown from person to person with no help except to say bad luck to me that it’s my problem now and they have policies to stop returns like mine. I really expected far more from a big brand. I’ll never touch the products again. Avoid avoid.

Today I visited VS Bond Street branch in London in the afternoon. After choosing what I needed, I saw a staff member who was wearing a badge to ask where I should pay. The answer was " I don't F***NG now!" with an aggressive tone, and walked away still talking to herself. I was absolutely gobsmacked! I went after her to get her name. I asked her " Excuse me may I have your name?" Her answer again was so aggressive and shouted at me " What is YOUR name?!! and walked away. I was so shocked and could not move. Then I saw another member of staff who was polite and saw the female staff member ( in her 20s, wearing a navy T-shirt, shirt, glasses and brown hair) walking away. I asked her how I could see the store manager to report her. She told me that the person I talked to did not actually work there came from somewhere else, wearing a similar badge. I did not believe a word she told me. Then when I was going downstairs I saw the aggressive staff member talking to her Asian colleague and they both seemed close and looking at something on her phone. I went downstairs but I was still shaking. Disgusted! I will never step in that store again! VS is overrated anyway! Mark & Spencer's underwear is much better than theirs!!!!

The quality of the knickers I have bought for my girlfriend was very poor. I expected more for the money I have paid.

I am reviewing the UK Birmingham Bullring store. I like that the girls are there to help on the majority of time. It only happened once for me to go into the store, look for something and not find it and leave without buying anything because there was no one to help me. The girls are quite friendly and skilled in measuring you to make sure you get the right size. My problem is that there are not many wire free designs for sale. Some of us keep the bra on for over 12 hours so the wires are a no no. There are only a few models so if you have big girls and you don’t want wires there are not many options for you. The quality has dropped recently in the underwear as well. They used to be made of good fabrics and they were holding well in the washing machine but now the threads are poking out even during the first wear.

I love the wireless bras, they are so comfortable and the only brand I want to buy now. However, stocking levels are do poor and they rarely have my size. They seem to provide less designs in padded wireless bras so I have not been able to replace the one I wear most and another that I lost. Such a shame. They really are letting themselves down.

Horrible customer service, agents will not honour promos clearly posted the site. I will file a formal complaint.

Avoid ordering online. If you order online as a surprise gift it will arrive in a black plastic bag with Victoria’s Secret printed in large white type on the front and back, thereby ruining any surprise unless you’re lucky enough to get to the post first! I alerted customer service and told them how let down I felt, they said - “We're truly sorry if you believe this has been ruined by our name being on the packaging. We hope she saw our name and got excited with the anticipation of what you might have ordered for her!…Since this order was placed and shipped through our Next Retailers, we also suggest using their email to contact them”. Contacted Next and they said “oh dear! So sorry about what happened. Some items get despatched directly from the supplier and we'll be sure to pass your feedback on.” Ever feel like you’ve been fobbed off?
