NO Assembly services for furniture
I have just received a TV stand package. I purchased based on the picture shown on their website. What I received is the whole set came in one Package Box.
The problem is I cannot assemble it. VidaXL agreed they will refund the amount and I will let the local carpenter to assemble it.
Appreciated their efforts to resolve customer issue on short notice.
The reason of giving rating 4 is the hassle.

Not the best shopping experience in my life
The worst client service in my life. I ordered a corner chair which came with the wrong parts (sides were shorter than needed). The client service representative at first offered me to send the correct parts but then said they are not available and offered a partial refund of 100 aed. Needless to say the chair's price was way higher than that. After a week of emailing back and forth they insist on a partial refund. So basically you buy a product for a full price but cannot use it but VIDAXL just takes your money and says - deal with it, you can feel great with 1/3 of a product and we don't care it's not usable. Such a fraud.
UPD: after almost 1,5 weeks of emailing back and forth the company sent me a chair that had all the correct details. I also have to note that everything else I ordered was alright. But the incident with the wrong parts, as well as customer service work, were upsetting.

Great . There was some delay for 2 days as I didn't get complete parts . But right now I had received everything. I am happy with the prompt response of customer service team during delay of delivery. I am happy.

Worst buy
Worst buy - impossible to assemble chairs and very poor quality - absolutely not worth the money. I was refunded the full amount be fair.

The product has no such capacity to stay strong. You could have provide 6 legs instead of 4.

Worst company ever - bad quality and service
Worst company ever.
I purchased a coffee table from vidaxl.ae- it came with scratches on almost every part. I immediately send them pictures and asked for a refund. Nothing happened! So I chatted with them again and the support promised me that within 24 hours someone would contact me - again nothing! So I contacted them again and surprise surprise - nothing!
Then I requested a callback, which I never got. This morning I emailed again and still no one answered me!
I don’t know if this company is a scam or just has the worst customer service on the planet.
But what I know is that I only get false promises, have no refund and a completely scratched coffee table at home!
Please whoever reads this - do yourself a favor and DON’T EVER BUY FROM VIDAXL
