We bought an outside storage box
We bought an outside storage box. From the first sight of the flat pack I was NOT impressed. Once assembled the internal bag was too small, the Velcro did not connect to the box,one piece in the wrong place. The bag is flimsy and the zip of poor quality. Within a week the zip came away from the bag, the stitching pulling out.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, it's crap !

Quality chair but needs assembly
Good quality chair and service from vidaXL was good. The chair reclines well, but the footrest only goes up as the chair reclines and cannot be raised without the recline. I was surprised that the chair arrived and required assembly, which was not simple. This detail was not on the webpage description. Needed two people for 3 hrs to assemble.

Quad Bin Shed
I purchased the quad rubbish bin sheds from you and this weekend had a chance to put together
I am very disappointment after paying such a price to have
a) 2 different colours amongst various panel
b) The protectective film if you remove it... it removes the paint
c) The top lids are warped as the have no support
The material us very cheap and nasty and this company should pull it from selling to the public.
The product looks horrible

The 80cm table arrived in two halves…
The 80cm table arrived in two halves not what I thought from the description but that’s ok unfortunately a small piece was broken off from one of the edges of the and the table is lumpy not at all what I would call flat, put you wine glass down incorrectly and it will be on your lap.
So it’s a bit of a fail from me.

I was very happy with my purchase but when I wanted to buy more I was told the transport costs were too high but they are still advertising free delivery to my area. Very sad to hear, wasn't given the option to pay delivery fee just had my order cancelled.

Very low quality
The product is of very low quality and the panels do not align properly.
Also the paint is very light, almost translucent white, looks like it needs another coat of paint. Also is missing the sheet with white stickers to cover the holes.

Excellent shipping times to regional NSW
The ease of ordering was good. The shipping cost and times were marvelous. I received my order to Narrabri,NSW within one week of ordering.
However, I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the product. At some places it looks like a home made hobby product. But no complaints considering the price.
It is good that companies are very mindful about the buying experience. But they should have the same approach to their goods as well. There is no point in giving an exceptional buying experience and with a low quality product.

We did a small Airbnb kitchenette with sink & Bunnings wood countertop. The quality is cheap but for not a high use option on a budget this was perfect. Came fast & as describe

Functional but not worthy of praise
Previously purchased a cheaper model off eBay and was bitterly disappointed to the point that I gave up and threw it out… $600 down the drain. The wire gauges and sizes didn’t even match with the extension kit! Bought this higher end model hoping for a better outcome and was still disappointed. The framework had nicks and bends, the wire panels were warped and had been cut terribly to the point they wouldn’t fit when assembled. The bolts were all shoved in 1 bag and the instructions stipulated there were 3 different bolt lengths. The number provided was less than the instructions inferred there would be. Even the designation of parts was ambiguous and if a sticker was missing —good luck figuring out where it went. Parts should have been clearly indicated in terms of which direction they faced, and which end they connected to. There were no detail insets to provide a clearer picture for specific joins/parts. There were very subtle differences in measurements for the door panel ends and it was quite easy to stuff it up. What made it worse was the order in which they should be assembled in as well. Not a great user experience in assembling. If there were competitors with a similar product I would have selected them but unfortunately there was no alternative.
