Everything was okay and some of small…
Everything was okay and some of small tins of meats i used in stir frys. Was not keen on the blueberry jam, but thats more my palate than the produce.
Some of goods are away for acrainy day. Would buy again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I have been using Vilgain products for a good few years now and usually love them as the quality is great. My recent purchase from Planet Organic of the granola and powdered nut butter had issues as lacked the usual flavour profile and the granola didn’t have the usual crunch. I wonder if the packaging wasn’t secure so allowed to oxidise. In any case I emailed in and while I got a response for Valentýna it was not helpful at all. Apparently they reviewed similar batches and they were fine. So they asked to make a new order and get 10% discount. Not sure how that addresses the problem, surely Valentýna should have asked for the items back to review and then offered a replacement!

As the products were purchased through one of our retail partners and not directly from our e-shop, unfortunately we are unable to process the complaint from our side in the standard way. Superb customer service!
I wanted to try some healthy snacks like freeze dried fruit and I came across this company. There was an issue with Royal mail UK and never received my items, Royal mail have been an absolute nightmare for millions across the UK, so the company resent my order with a different delivery company and I received my goods within 2 days :). I was so happy with the customer service they are brilliant, and the freezer dried strawberries were even better!! Very happy :) will definitely buy again!

I am a nut butter connoisseur and let me tell you this- there is nothing that comes close to their nut butters. The consistency is absolutely marvellous it is organic healthy no additives yet it tastes like a cream a delicious dessert a feast for your your palate.

Quick delivery and plenty of choice. Like that most products are sourced from Europe and therefore support local /European producers.
I have only tried the food products as I'm not in the market for the other stuff so can't speak for the clothing and such.
I've told all my friends and colleagues about them and will keep buying from Vilgain.
