I've been using Vincent Burch as my mortgage broker since 2015 and have completed multiple mortgages and remortgages through them over the years. Every experience has been smooth, professional, and hassle-free.

One of the biggest advantages is that they are whole-of-market brokers, so they aren't restricted to a small panel of lenders and can genuinely search for the best deal available. Even better, they don't charge me a broker fee, as their fee is paid by the lender, which represents excellent value.

I've compared the rates they've found with those offered by other brokers on several occasions, and Vincent Burch have consistently secured some of the most competitive deals available. Their advice has always been clear, honest, and focused on finding the right mortgage for my circumstances.

I first contacted Vincent Burch a few weeks ago with wanting to re mortgage 6 buy to let properties. I spoke to Lee and told him our situation and what I was trying to achieve. Lee checked it all out and was able to recommend lenders and found the ones with the cheapest interest rates for the term we were looking for. He explained the brokerage fees regarding Vincent Burch seeing through the applications until completion. Lee came back to me with the best deals he could find and we started the process. Karen then took over the administration and dealing with the new lenders. The whole process was completed within a few weeks and kept me updated with the progress at every stage and liaised with the lenders regarding any key information they needed. Karen dealt with it all very professionally and I was made to feel as if she was my personal assistant. When ever I called her she knew instantly what to do or action.
