Absolutely love my watch. Hassle free and easy to use. App also great to download. Love the different watch faces.

I made a purchase for a watch in May. Received it June 3rd and immediately requested a refund. Wanted to exchanged it for a different watch, but changed my mind quickly to full refund because there is never a response from the company. Customer service sucks! Weeks later they responded to say how they value their customers and remind me that it takes 14 days to have a solution per their policy. I sent photos per their request, the same day I received their email. Well it has been a full month now since my original request! !!Where’s that value in customer service they were going on about. I wish I could just get my money back. I don’t even want this watch. I lost count the amount of times I have emailed them. It’s ridiculous! No response! SCAM!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

I love the look of the watch, lightweight and stylish compared to my Fitbit. I do find the daily calorie expenditure to be off in comparison to other smart watches. Seems to only calculate my calories based of exercise and not over the course of the day.

I love my Violeva watch!! My previous "well known brand" smartwatch had less than 24 hour charge time and so that was paramount in choosing another watch - I get between 5 and 7 days before I have to charge, amazing!!!
Other positives: Looks gorgeous, like a dress watch not a smart watch! BP monitor is great.
Negatives: Sleep monitor isn't all that accurate, says I've been sleeping when I know I have struggled to fall asleep - but that's ok I just "know" that it's a bit less and it's no big deal - well worth it for the charge time!!

The tracking updates were precise.

I emailed this company 7 times to initiate a refund, and nobody has contacted me, I also tried the live chat, and same story, I am reporting this company to the BBB first thing in the morning tomorrow. This watch constantly disconnects from my phone while my phone is in my hand, doesn't notify when I get texts messages. And since this review is negative, they will just delete it or ignore it as usual. Very very bad and unreliable company.

I am in love with my watch , i get compliments too , its elegant and classy so far so good its perfect for the price if ever they upgrade i will be buying another one .

Does not send the merchandise, then gaslights into claiming it was delivered. I'm so mad at myself for trusting this no-name company!!

Bought the watch worked for 5 days the. Won't charge pr turn on. Had one response via email and nothing since. Absolute scammers . Shame really as its a comfy lovely watch and iv seen the same one on Temu for £20!! Avoid this site

AVOID AVOID AVOID - The customer service is a scam!

Bought a smart watch - it eventually came. Doesn't work. Have contacted customer service several times. No reply. Does it even exist? Scam company - do not buy from them. Do not believe positive reviews - either bots or paid for. I live in Ireland and will have no problem getting them banned from selling in this country. Other people with similar experiences should report. Even to the police if necessary.

Received the watch, followed directions. Worked good for a week. Then had to charge it. That next week it would not track steps and would not hold a charge for more than 24hrs. Contacted company that I wanted to return and received reply that you only have 2 days to return it and they know when you received it. Then told me that I could only get a refund if it was a device problem and I have to pay for shipping to Ireland. Now they want a video of the malfunctions of the watch. In other words, they do not refund or take returns ! the watch is pretty but a total waste of money ... so frustrating that these companies take your money and have no integrety to stand behind their product.

Terrible company to deal with - about 4 hours after placing my order I was reading the Facebook reviews where one potential cusasked if the watch had Google Wallet to which the company rep replied that no, it didn’t. It was the main reason I wanted a new smart watch so I quickly cancelled my order and was advised (by a “virtual assistant” that since it hadn’t been dispatched yet it would be cancelled. Next day I asked for confirmation of the cancellation as the watch wasn’t fit for purpose. No reply. Suddenly, about 4 days later notification of dispatch was received. I wrote again to say I had cancelled my order. No reply. I now have a useless smart watch - very tinny & don’t expect it’ll last long. These scammers need to be stopped. Raised a dispute with PayPal but they only refund apparently if item isn’t received, which it obviously was. Beware of these companies- take your money & have no customer service. Won’t send it back as don’t expect they honour their return policy and don’t want to throw money away on return postage. Lesson learned!

They dont reply to any communications, you cant return an item despite them having a return policy.

Got my watch about 2 months ago. It worked well and looked good. But, the charging cable is a magnetic connection specific for that watch and the magnets quickly started falling out of mine. Now the charger does not connect to the watch so it has run out of power. I tried contacting Violeva several times via different means including Facebook and customer services but they are not responding. I wish I had seen the other reviews sooner as I wouldn't have bought the watch. I regret buying it now.

I was sent some chinese generic garbage, it wouldn't charge right out of the box, didn't measure anything properly while it did have battery and company has gone dark on it. COMPLETE SCAM

Scam faulty product looks good but that's it no response from FB email or non existent customer service
