This company provides nothing. In the UK they just bill us for 100 of pounds monthly although they do not provide electricity, gas, meters, infrastructure or anything else, and we've never seen them either. We are already paying skyrocketing bills to British Gas, Scottish Power, etc.. since NATO blew up the Nord Stream pipeline which gave us cheap energy from Russia. Our supply of gas and electricity worked perfectly fine before Vital Energy appeared in 2022 and the maintenance is included in the rent we pay; it is called a "service charge". Hence the result seems to be people paying bills for nothing. If that is not the case, please explain what service Vital Energy provides and why for 20 years there was no need of this extra bill. Also, the review isn't "unprompted" as I pay bills to Vital Energy every month; hence logic dictates that if the review is "unprompted", so are their bills. And I won't provide personal details to Trust Pilot's convenient "do not reply" emails. Take the review offline, it does not change the truth.

(p.s.: Vital Energy state that "Lighthouse is not it's own business". Apart from being besides the point as nobody stated the contrary, the third neutral possessive pronoun in English is "its", as "it's" is a contraction of "it is", just like "don't" is a contraction of "do not". Enough said).

I had a water leakage from my Heat Interface Unit for the last 8 days and it was honestly exhausting. I was constantly changing buckets. One technician told me the whole unit needed to be replaced, but Aluin Adiz actually took the time to properly diagnose and repair it instead.

He even came after his out of office hours, travelling a long distance, and spent over an hour fixing the issue. His efficiency, dedication, and hard work were outstanding.

Thanks to Aluin, the problem was completely resolved and I finally got some peace of mind. He was a real life saver. This man truly deserves a raise. what a guy!!!

Following the recent boiler “upgrade” and replacement of heating valves carried out across the building, our heating is now not functioning adequately. This issue did not exist prior to these works; in fact, the property was consistently very warm before the changes were made.

As a result, the flat is currently unacceptably cold, which is particularly concerning given the time of year. Heating is an essential service, and the current situation is just poor.
