Had Alvin come out to our property today very professional in his dealings and explained the problem to me in a clear manner!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Vital. Over a period of 3 months, I spent countless hours on the phone and took multiple days off work to accommodate numerous engineer visits. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, no progress was made in resolving my issue.

The experience was further marred by the constant runaround I received regarding waiting on parts, only to be told that they were ready, and then having engineers arrive without the necessary knowledge or equipment to complete the repair. On one occasion, an engineer failed to show up altogether, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected.

To add insult to injury, the last engineer who visited at the end of January arrived with the wrong type of valve, which rendered the entire visit pointless. What's even more astonishing is that this engineer had the audacity to claim that they were doing us a favor, despite the fact that nothing had been fixed.

The most frustrating part of this ordeal was when the last engineer revealed that Vital is not responsible for the cold water side of the repair, effectively abandoning the job and leaving me back at square one. This lack of transparency and accountability has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend Vital's services to anyone.

I very satisfied with Mr Eng. Alvin Adiz who did his job nicely. I appreciate his job and good luck.

The response time was very quick and my issue was dealt with effectively and with care and attention.

Daniel Wells came to fix our heating today and did an incredible job! It was fixed promptly and he explained how to use our new thermostat very well. Great bloke and a great job! Thanks Daniel!

Daniel Wells and Harry Hynes were so helpful today. They were called to specifically look at my hot water as it stopped working yesterday evening. They performed checks and replaced my box. I was slightly clueless how everything worked so they went over it all and gave me a clear understanding. Lovely chaps and brilliant work! Thank you.

Try to pay a bill over the phone and one they don't return the call as promised before Christmas, two they didn't reopen unrill yesterday., three they had the call queuing for over 50 mins yesterday before I hung up with only me in the queue and today when calling it goes through to a residential voicemail system (probably of a homeworker). I said on a previous review they couldn't organise a night out in a pub I was wrong I don't even think they would find the pub!!! 🤬

Update 20 mins after posting this someone answered the phone and took payment hallelujah!

Daniel and Harry from vital enegie are really a great technician/Specialists in fixing and servicing the boiler. They are friendly and offered a professional and quick service everytime you need them.

Gerhard was both very professional and personable when he came to fix my boiler. He went out of his way to source the part that needed replacing.
When examining the boiler he explained everything to me and how different parts of the boiler work in order to best explain to me what the issue was, demonstrating his in-depth knowledge of the boiler system. After a previously poor experience with Vital Energi some months back, Gerhard is a fantastic representative for the company.

We were having problems with our underfloor heating system despite a visit from a local plumber and weren’t sure where the problem was. Sarah at Vital Energi was very helpful in co-ordinating an investigation into the issue and the engineer who visited us was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly fixed the issue with our HIU and went above and beyond by also checking each of the heating manifolds. Great communication by email throughout. Thank you!

Thanks to Harry who fixed the problem quickly and efficiently offering various options when a return visit may have been required. Harry was also friendly, helpful and very capable leading to a great experience.

Great service from Harry Hynes and Daniel Wells. They arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. Very friendly and gave extra advice and help when asked. Provided a service above and beyond what I expected. Would highly recommend both these gentlemen!

Michael the engineer from Vital came this morning to finally get all the wiring and thermostats working correctly for the floor heating. After 3 months and having lots of different operators not being able to fix the concerns. Particularly the electrician left wires hanging unprotected and also wired everything up incorrectly.
Michael knew exactly how to fix everything and the floor heating is wired up correctly pipes are marked correctly and thermostats we are able to correctly setup up for whatever rooms we want the heating to work in. Thank you Michael you have been the STAR ⭐️ of all this.
I also want to point out to Vital that because all was NOT correctly setup it has cost us a lot of extra pounds to try and stay warm.
Your customer Service on the phone are great when you finally can get onto them. There were days when I waited to be connected to an operator for over an hour or so. Obviously you need more staff to make this a better customer experience.
