Recieved the order. Found a company that was honest. Product a little high though.

I purchased a new 40' shipping container. From the beginning, Sonja was very pleasant and professional. She responded within a hour or two of sending an email and always answered the phone when I called. The driver was on-time and placed the container exactly where I wanted. This company clearly has amicable leadership. I'd recommend using Viva Containers because they have courteous employees coupled with a good product and on-time delivery! I will be ordering another container in the near future.

I wanted to share my recent experience purchasing shipping containers from Viva Containers. I bought two one-trip 40’ high cube containers and two one-trip 20’ containers, and the process was exceptional from start to finish. My sales representative, Sonja, was outstanding in her communication—efficient, clear, and supportive at every stage. The delivery was punctual, as promised, and all logistics were managed seamlessly. The containers arrived in pristine, like-new condition, exactly as described. After extensive research, I found Viva Containers offered the most competitive pricing by far. The entire process was transparent, hassle-free, and straightforward with upfront pricing. I just purchased a 20 ft container. The process was very easy. Maggie offered great communication and answered all my questions. The delivery was perfect. Sonja was great!!! Got 2 containers on 2 different times and everything went very smooth. Unfortunately for her, they both were short notice orders but she got them both handled so I could pick them up. Would do business with again, no problem!

Excellent company, purchased two used 40’ High Cube containers and they were delivered within a week (they actually could have been delivered only two days after purchasing, but I was unavailable for the delivery time). Maggie is very thorough and provided excellent communication through the whole process. We have a very tight turn into our driveway that a local company said they would not be able to make a 40’ container delivery to without removing our gate after an on-site inspection, but viva containers was able to make the delivery (sent Maggie photos and a video ahead of time). Containers are in excellent condition actually better than the ones we looked at in our local depot and from viva were ~1500 USD less expensive.

I received container in Nov of 2024. Container rusted through and leaked May of 2025. I contacted Sonja at Viva for direction. Communication has been very slow. Viva offered a fiberglass patch that I had to use to cover the holes. I refused the patch because welding should be done to fix. I settled on a $100 refund which I haven't received. Service was great until they had my money! I am very disappointed!!!!

Viva Containers/Maggie was great in the process of purchasing a 20ft cargo container. The whole process took 7 days at very fair price and the container was in good condition, water tight, wind proof. Especially in this day and age with scams, this company is great to deal with and honest.

We ordered a New, once used 40’ Hi-Cube. Communication was great throughout the process. From placing the order to delivery was 5 days. The 3rd party driver was professional and placed it gently right on the marks on my leveled gravel pad. I mean exactly on the marks. The container absolutely looks new and the seals and hardware are perfect. Getting a few hundred bales of grass hay out of the field and into it this weekend. Friends have had hit and miss experiences with other container sales outfits. Viva Containers is a hit.

I bought 2 new 20' containers and then followed up with a new 40' high cube. The containers were in excellent condition. One of the 20'ers has a small dent, but it doesn't look like a rodeo bull was trapped inside! The other two are almost perfect. Great pricing and delivery pricing is why I choose Viva. It wasn't worth it to me to hook up a trailer, go to the depot, deal with the depot for the delivery price they quoted. I feared that the containers would be sub-par since I wasn't picking them out, but as stated, they were excellent. I recommend Viva to anyone looking to purchase a new container. (I can't speak for used, but I imagine they are good too.)

I bought a Cargo Worthy 20' box this week and it was in excellent condition at an unbeatable price. Follow through and communication with Maggie at Viva and the delivery trucker was top-notch despite the memorial day weekend holiday and delays at the terminal. Highly recommended!

VIVA CONTAINERS has probably the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I received a beautiful container down her in the Virgin Islands.
It was not an easy task to get it to the Virgin Island but VIVA made it happen.

Like many people when I first saw their website I was very skeptical of their prices. It was a classic case of “too good to be true“ syndrome. I needed 27 containers for a home I am building and was really not thrilled about using used containers. Well, Maggie and her crew over at Viva Containers not only aren’t a scam, their professionalism and ability to actually obtain product is amazing. I decided to start with a small order of six mixed containers. 3 used (that I’m going to use for storage) and three brand new containers (2 20’HC & 1 20’Standard). Not only are they not a scam, Viva sent me pick up orders at the depot before I even had a chance to arrange transportation. (By the way, they also could have transported them for me as well.)

I know it is a very trite and worn statement, but…..

I can’t recommend Viva Containers enough to really show how happy I am with their service.

There are alot of scams out there and I understand being cautious. I was leary myself. However when I requested the quote Maggie was great through the entire process. Communication is key and she was on it every step of the way. They were quick to find transportation and get it scheduled. Extremely happy with container. I'm considering ordering another one soon
