Delivery Issues
The container is as expected. Delivery was not. Before purchasing, I was told there would be no problem scheduling delivery. After purchasing, I was told my delivery request was not possible. My second request was, so I left work and drove 2 hours to be there for delivery. As I got to my property, the logistics company called me and said the container was STILL IN CANADA and wouldn’t be delivered for over 5 hours. I had to get back to work, so I left specific instructions on where to put the container (sent pictures and spoke to logistics person).
I was told container was delivered later that night. When I was able to return, I could see the container was not place as I had instructed. I am now unable to move the container. Disappointed the delivery was not at the time promised, that I wasn’t able to be there due to the late arrival, and that the placement was not as I had requested. The container was cheaper than others out there; now I'll need to spend the money I saved to get someone to move it! That being said, I'm happy to have you help me arrange for someone to move the container if there's any interest in improving my experience.

We delivered the container to you on Monday (May 12th) within 3 business days after placing the order.
We instructed you before the delivery that we would reach out 1-2 hours before the actual delivery.
Since you were unable to be present on site at the moment of delivery we offered to deliver it by ourselves at your nominated place.
We delivered the container in a PERFECT CONDITION, for the CHEAPEST PRICE in the market WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Never received a courtesy call to let…
Never received a courtesy call to let me know the driver was 1hr from site. Aside from that everything was perfect.

Highly Recommended
Pro: The container was delivered exactly when John Evans said it would be. No guessing. The driver was courteous and professional and had the skill to put it in a tight spot. The price was about 400 bucks less than the competition and the container works great!
Con: The competition's container was cleaner and had no scratches or blemishes and was spotless inside. The Viva container had a few big scratches and had a fair amount of debris inside. I'm nit-picking as a 400 dollar difference in price makes it easy to overlook. A rattle can of paint and a broom cost way less than 400 bucks last I checked.

The purchasing portion of the…
The purchasing portion of the transaction with Viva Containers was smooth, but the delivery process was not. We were told we would receive the shipping container on a Friday, then received a call that there was some forklift issues at the loading docks and should receive a call back same day with status. I never received a call back and the following Monday I had to email Viva Containers to track down what happened. It is disappointing because we were expecting the shipping container on a Friday and did not receive it the following Tuesday.
In the future we will try Viva Containers again when we need to purchase shipping containers, but hope for much better communication with the delivery portion of the transaction.

The order was placed on April 9th and the delivery preference was confirmed by You on April 10th.
Per our terms, we guarantee the delivery within 2-5 business days.
You communicated the importance of this delivery to be completed within 2 business days which we had our driver scheduled to do but unfortunately, both Side Loaders in the yard got broken.
We rearranged your delivery to be completed on the 3rd business day but there were strikes in Oakland and the driver couldn't get through.
Finally, your delivery was completed on the 4th business day, well within the timeline.
Throughout all this time you were well informed about the status of delivery and the difficulties the container yard and driver were facing.
I apologize if we didn't meet your expectations and delivered the container after 4 business days instead of 2.
Quick and effective
John was an amazing help and stayed in constant communication. Very happy we will be using them again.
