Great price. Easy to order online.

I ordered on a Friday and received my vitamins the following Friday. So far, so good.

I ordered 2 items on Oct 10th (11 days ago), and they have still not arrived. Shipping tracking says estimated delivery is Oct 24th - this will be 2 weeks from Order date. I was not informed that the products were out of stock, so I don't think this is the issue. It took 8 days to get my order processed, before they even went to ship (on Oct 18th).
A 2 week wait time is ridiculous for a large and supposedly reputable company. I could have ordered the same products off of Amazon and I would have received them is 2 days. I won't be re-ordering from Viva Naturals in the future.

I spent an exhaustive amount of hours researching online to find the very best KRILL OIL that would be worth the money I would have to pay. I don't want to pay 'any' amount of money small or large for something that is basically useless. Through the process of elimination, I landed on Viva Naturals (Viva Labs at that time). I am always skeptical and when I try something new, I don't expect it to work. Having arthritis in my thumb bases, which has caused great pain for a long time, I took the VIVA NATURALS KRILL OIL not really expecting it to work. After about a week, I was noticing that my pain level had dramatically diminished and I had a whole lot more flexibility in the movement of my thumbs. The results definitely trumped my skepticism. I have been using this Krill Oil, now, for many years and the results never disappoint. If I do forget to take the capsules for some reason, I realize later (that night or the next day) that I forgot to take them. It is one of the best purchase decision I ever made and I love moving my thumbs all around at visits in front of my doctor and tell him/her about the Krill Oil. I know not all things work for all people the same, but this sure works for me -- thank The Lord! I have had a couple of times when the capsules arrived with some leaking. The customer service has ALWAYS been excellent and remedied the problem with no questions asked. They have been great. I recommend this product highly and hope it works just as well for you!

i was told online that i would receive my product much faster than it is expected to arrive...misrepresentation on your companies part. My daughter needs to take and I trusted information and now have to go purchase elsewhere while I wait delivery

It takes too long for the product to arrive once my account has been charged. And the date of arrival isn’t communicated until many days after charge. ’m thinking of cancelling the subscription soon.
