Having used a retirement award to purchase vouchers that I was subsequently unable to use on items I wished to purchase, I contacted customer servcies and spoke to Alexsandra who efficiently resolved this issue and issued new vouchers for me. I required some help obtaining a refund…
I required some information on how to receive a refund of monies deducted form my wages that needed to be refunded to me. I chatted to "Mark" simple email. He explained the process about what he was required to do to get my wage deduction back and he did it.No qualms or quibbles .All done efficiently and no fuss.

I Phoned through and spoke to Clare, honestly the best customer service you could of asked for and within one minute my issue was resolved. Extremely polite and professional and couldn't of spoken to a better person! I wouldn't be picking up my bike tomorrow if it wasn't for her. thank you
