Worst customer service ever. Be extremely careful with this app. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my refund for a shipment that was never delivered. The customer service team is unprofessional, unhelpful, and clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. No one takes responsibility or seems to care.

Even when I request direct communication with a customer service representative, I never receive any response or follow-up

Worst website i have ever dealt with, my order was delayed for two weeks i called every day and they kept on saying its on the way and when it came i did not receive it they wont do the refund telling me it will take up to a month or more
Dont buy anything from them its a huge mistake that i mad i regret it externally unprofessional

I rate Vogacloset as one of the most reliable businesses in the region because over several years that I've been buying from them, I haven't faced any troubles. They have a great variety of brands, and an easy-to-buy website. The quality of items is good as well for the price they're asking.

I still buy from them because they have brands that are hard to find where I live but omg I just needed to point out that they’re biggest, most sly company ever with their prices and their fake promotions. Firstly, their prices are jacked up soooo high compared to original product prices, secondly, if you pay attention they actually change the prices of products from time to time which is so scammy, thirdly, the promotions aren’t actually promotions, it’s the same price it originally was (depending on what they feel like that month) and then they put a random higher price as a “before” to trick you.

Order not shipped for over a week when delivery is supposed to be 2-3 days.

Tracking finally start working after few follow ups with very unhelpful customer care.

Avoid this site!

Im not satisfied i called u guys about the return and no one contact me

I ordered from this company which advertises itself as “free returns”. This is not the case. They advertise sums of items in AED but it is actually a UK company so when you buy from then not knowing this you are charged huge fees by your bank for an international transaction - EVEN where you have only approved a much lower amount. The company does not make clear upon purchase that high taxes snd shipping plus lots of banking fees will NOT be refunded even when you return a defective item. I would not buy again for these reasons.

I Have been shopping with Vogacloset for 6 years now, never pranked, fast delivery, well packaging, Various choices and all the UK brands and other brand will be at the doorstep in a week and sometimes less than a week.

Bad customer service, very unhelpful and extremely poor quality products! I’ve wore a shoe once for less than 2 hours for which I was sitting down around 1.5 hours of the time and a piece of it got torn already as it seems like it was put together with cheap glue and when I reached out to customer service with a resolution and a replacement, they refused

It’s a scam! don’t order from voga closet. It’s been a while since I ordered from there (like a few years) I thought let me order some items again. I paid and I haven’t received my order it’s been 2 weeks . Delivery was meant to be 2-3 days. Everytime you talk to customer service or shipping company they say will be delivered today but never does. Leads me to thinking this is definitely a scam and I lost 400 dhs.

Amazing post sale services way beyond my expectations. Claims are followed up with such diligence.

It’s over 40 days since they picked up the returned items & I didn’t get refunded YET !

Worst return policy ever,now 5 days since I issued a return and although return service is fully charged ,tbeir courier never called me or showed up to pick the item, Now,I have to chase them on email and what's up and even phone,no one bother to pick up the line or answer my queries! Tracking for returns is also impossible,I guess u have to think twice before ordering from this company if u need to refund!Never ordering again!!

Every time that I want to get something from VogaCloset, as soon as I put it in the basket the price changes from the price indicated in the initial page as it changes with size. This is the only website where I see that the price changes according to the size!

Their customer service has gotten so poor over time, its been almost a month since I returned the items and I havn't received my refund yet.

their service is not like before, 2 years ago it was a lot better, now they charge u money for returns when its not even my fault !, I received a faulty blazer that came with a small stain at the bottom, looked worn, it also came larger than the measurments in their size chart, and they made me pay for return. Their sizing is almost always not accurate.

Bad website the real not like photos and all the sizes wrong failed experience

Although their products are good and excellent quality, I would think twice before ordering from them again as their refund policy is so poor and thier courier partner (Aramex) in UAE is terrible! First, you will have to pay for duty fees if order exceeds 300$, and this will not be refunded back to you, and there is no mentioned of this at all! Also, they lost my refund order worth 200$ and refused to refund me after two months of back and forth until I have proven through camera recording that the courier actually came! Very poor refund policy and no respect to consumer rights!
