i have never experienced customer service to this level ever, they are such a professional company to deal with from the moment you arrive, carl especially was so helpful as i had a slight issue with my BMW's folding roof he brought me a courtesy car fixed the issue and even delivered it back to me they put the big main dealers to shame, cant recommend them enough, well done.......

I made an enquiry & been ignored.

Even after they emailed me I emailed back & they didn't respond.

I guess it's because they just want a quick sale & don't like it when a customer asks them more than a couple of questions.

I'm putting this out there to any potential buyer. It's my prerogative to review companies so that I can help buyers make informed decisions based upon my experience.

I guess that I've hit a nerve because of the enormous response from this dealer because truth hurts.

They should just admit when they're wrong. Nice as pie until you criticise.

I bought a B Class 180 cdi Sport, at a very reasonable price compared to others which I had researched.
The car was in excellent condition throughout as advertised, drove really well and the guys were a pleasure to do business with.
They even delivered it to Yorkshire for me. Excellent service all round.
