If I can give 0 star, I would. Don't ever give them your credit card number. They charged for renewal without sending any email notifications. I've never used their service once and never heard from them and all of a sudden, I found my credit card being charged.
Scam
They auto renew the subsciption without asking the agreement. No Refund. This is a dishonest practice. I feel like I've been scammed.

Mi piace molto l ampia scelta di partite sia nazionali che internazionali, alcune volte ci sono problemi di segnale ma rispetto all anno scorso sono diminuiti molto, l unica cosa che non mi piace è la regia che durante la battuta inquadra sempre il battitore e non il campo.
Esperienza pessima con VBTV causa gestione per nulla trasparente
Esperienza pessima. Attivo un abbonamento mensile il giorno 14/12/2025. Tra molte difficoltà riesco ad annullare il rinnovo automatico e ad eliminare l'abbonamento e i dati del mio metodo di pagamento con debit card il giorno successivo, il 15/12/2025. Nonostante anche a loro risulti che il mio account non ha più abbonamenti attivi (ho loro email di risposta come prova), rimango basito che il giorno 14/01/2026 mi venga addebitato il pagamento del mese successivo, pagamento che, anche se doveva essere ancora contabilizzato, non posso bloccare in alcun modo!! Chiedo puntualmente il rimborso, ma non credo che avrò indietro il mio denaro. Li ho diffidati, ma per quanto mi riguarda questo comportamento è pessimo e truffaldino!!! Mai più. Mi stupisco che le leghe di volley italiane (sia maschile che femminile) si appoggino ad una piattaforma del genere!!

Technical quality is low
Technical quality is low. I am user for 2 years as nowhere else its possible to see volleyball games. But time to time out of blue sky it asks me to upgrade the plan even I have valid subscription. And its not possible to do anything and if at that time there is important game, I cant see it. There no custumer support just some shitty chatbot which has zero value

Now that they don't have anything else to watch, it was time to cancel it and oh boy the website isn't even giving me the option to view my subscription just the payment method. I asked around and there is supposed to be an option and it's missing. I canceled the card and am probably gonna delete the account all together but seriously all this trouble just to cancel something not needed anymore!

I am trying to cancel my subscription in all ways possible but the website just does not show me the possibility. Tried to contact the support via chat but never get answered. I found out the only way to do it is canceling my credit card!!! It is a shit show

Mi hanno addebitato il rinnovo automatico dell’abbonamento, successivamente ho annullato i futuri rinnovi ma avrei comunque potuto continuare a vedere i contenuti fino alla fine della durata del periodo pagato e invece quando seleziono la partita da vedere mi dice di fare il login (già effettuato) e che non ci sono abbonamenti a mio nome e devo pagare da capo per guardare. bad quality vods and livestreams. i dare to say that its a miracle if you happen to watch a smooth vod / live match. super terrible website. the replay / vods page not showing all matches so you have to use their barely working page search to look for old matches. on top of that their video player is the worst. its like something thats made in 2000s. cant cast, cant navigate, cant do nothing. in short. you pay them just to get annoyed every single day

I paid for an annual subscription in August 2024. At the beginning of VNL 2025, I can't watch on my apple TV or on my iPad or iPhone. The system keeps telling me to Pick A Plan, like I have not already paid for the service. The customer support is atrocious. Automated, never get a real person. They keep saying to use the ios app instead of the website. I can't watch at all now. Sometimes , if I closed a browser window and then reopened I would magically be able to watch on my laptop or desktop. But never on my Apple TV or any other iOS. It is hit or miss. VBTV can't find my subscription, even though I provided them a screenshot of my account that I took when I first started having issues. The thing is, the account does not show what email address you used to purchase the subscription. I am pretty sure that I purchased it on my Apple TV, but I can't find any payment history. It is possible that I paid with an old credit card that has been closed. Regardless, customer support keeps sending the sam automated WORD SALAD emails with the same suggestions that do not work. I just want to watch what I paid for. I have 40 pages of emails back and forth with support and still have not solved the problem. You can't talk to a real person ever. It is a fu*king joke.

I would have liked to give 0 stars. The streaming quality is extremely poor. It is impossible to watch some games. VBTV should be ashamed!
With World Championship it's a shame
I'm really disappointed on how the streaming is completely not working on this World Championship. They're the only one having the rights for all the matches, so there's no other way to see it, and the streaming isn't working 95% of the time.
Problems already started with the VNL Finals but it seems they underestimated the problem.
Same problem happening also with U21 Women WCH, clearly related with website/app, because on YouTube everything was working properly.
I'm a client since years and I expect at least a partial refund or a free extension of the subscription after this lack of service. The word to describe it is SHAME
Terrible user experience overall and poor value
The app is glitchy and and when navigating it clearly the user experience was not prioritised.
However, most importantly, watching games live is impossible apart from the odd game here in there that might work. Watching uploaded games is usually ok, with the glitches that are now expected - which should not be acceptable.
You cannot cancel the subscription in the app, a classic money-grab sign. Well done whoever decided that.
Overall, a terrible experience for the price. What's worse... I was really hoping this is the turnaround point (pun intended) for volleyball to be publicised more. Volleyworldtv: YOU ARE DOING THE OPPOSITE!
