È a mio avviso volutamente nascosta la parte del gestione a abbonamento in particolare per gestire le disdette, è evidente che è così architettato per disincentivare l annullamento dell abbonamento. Sono uno esperto di informatica ma non riesco a annullare l abbonamento, state attenti

Mi hanno addebitato il rinnovo automatico dell’abbonamento, successivamente ho annullato i futuri rinnovi ma avrei comunque potuto continuare a vedere i contenuti fino alla fine della durata del periodo pagato e invece quando seleziono la partita da vedere mi dice di fare il login (già effettuato) e che non ci sono abbonamenti a mio nome e devo pagare da capo per guardare. In pratica mi hanno fatto pagare e tolto la possibilità di usufruirne

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Even 1 star feels generous.
No search function for games on the website.
Playback quality is terrible, often unwatchable.
No video player controls to adjust resolution or improve viewing.
Paid 400 pesos for nothing—money wasted. Lesson learned, never again!

bad quality vods and livestreams. i dare to say that its a miracle if you happen to watch a smooth vod / live match. super terrible website. the replay / vods page not showing all matches so you have to use their barely working page search to look for old matches. on top of that their video player is the worst. its like something thats made in 2000s. cant cast, cant navigate, cant do nothing. in short. you pay them just to get annoyed every single day

I paid for an annual subscription in August 2024. At the beginning of VNL 2025, I can't watch on my apple TV or on my iPad or iPhone. The system keeps telling me to Pick A Plan, like I have not already paid for the service. The customer support is atrocious. Automated, never get a real person. They keep saying to use the ios app instead of the website. I can't watch at all now. Sometimes , if I closed a browser window and then reopened I would magically be able to watch on my laptop or desktop. But never on my Apple TV or any other iOS. It is hit or miss. VBTV can't find my subscription, even though I provided them a screenshot of my account that I took when I first started having issues. The thing is, the account does not show what email address you used to purchase the subscription. I am pretty sure that I purchased it on my Apple TV, but I can't find any payment history. It is possible that I paid with an old credit card that has been closed. Regardless, customer support keeps sending the sam automated WORD SALAD emails with the same suggestions that do not work. I just want to watch what I paid for. I have 40 pages of emails back and forth with support and still have not solved the problem. You can't talk to a real person ever. It is a fu*king joke.

I would have liked to give 0 stars. The streaming quality is extremely poor. It is impossible to watch some games. VBTV should be ashamed!

I'm really disappointed on how the streaming is completely not working on this World Championship. They're the only one having the rights for all the matches, so there's no other way to see it, and the streaming isn't working 95% of the time.
Problems already started with the VNL Finals but it seems they underestimated the problem.
Same problem happening also with U21 Women WCH, clearly related with website/app, because on YouTube everything was working properly.
I'm a client since years and I expect at least a partial refund or a free extension of the subscription after this lack of service. The word to describe it is SHAME

The app is glitchy and and when navigating it clearly the user experience was not prioritised.

However, most importantly, watching games live is impossible apart from the odd game here in there that might work. Watching uploaded games is usually ok, with the glitches that are now expected - which should not be acceptable.

You cannot cancel the subscription in the app, a classic money-grab sign. Well done whoever decided that.

Overall, a terrible experience for the price. What's worse... I was really hoping this is the turnaround point (pun intended) for volleyball to be publicised more. Volleyworldtv: YOU ARE DOING THE OPPOSITE!

It is one of the badest sides and webservices I know. And most of it, I have to pay a lot of money to be able to watch beachvolley, because there is no other way to watch this wonderful sport.
But most of the time it doesn´t work, either on TV or notebbok or iPhone. No sound, screen is hanging and so on.
Please, beachvolleyballers of the world, switch to a professional company. It´s annoying, makes me so much angry.

Can't watch the livestream due to a lagging stream or failing servers. Neither my laptop nor my phone is working, and it is literally wasted money. I paid money to watch the stream, and I can't watch the stream = wasted money!

I've got vbtv membership since 2021 but now the situation is getting worse and worse...

- Ugly streaming quality
- you can't rewind a streaming if it's "live"
- no "resume play" on a partially watch match
- UI not user friendly

Stay away from this i wasted money hoping I can watch volleyball from all around world and national team instead u will get constant lags which gonna get u crazy. Don't make my mistake AND STAY AWAY

The service is pretty expensive and just plain bad. In just a few days, there were several matches that I couldn't watch due to the stream lagging, even though I tried it on several devices and connections. I only use the service once a year, and the problems just don't change. I don't recommend it at all.

I accidentally paid twice for a yearly subscription due to a technical issue on VBTV’s side: my active subscription suddenly appeared inactive due to system issues, and the system allowed me to purchase a second one. I was logged into my normal account and paid from my personal bank account (iDeal).

After reaching out for help, support told me they couldn’t refund me because the second payment was “linked to another email address”; one I’ve never heard of. Even though I was logged into my own account and the second subscription was visible for a few hours (before they quickly deleted/cancelled it without my consent), they refuse to take responsibility.

I've been trying to get refunded for weeks now. Their reply-rate is terrible, and it happened more than once that they just didn't reply at all anymore, and I had to check for updates or even start a new thread.

After constantly receiving the same empty apologies and 0 solutions, I even proposed a compromise: if they really can't refund me (which I dispute because I don't believe my payment is matched with a different email address than my own), they could at least extend my current subscription by one year; giving me what I paid for. But they didn’t even consider it. All I have received is endless apologies without any meaning, and the same copy-paste response blaming “system limitations.”

They keep pointing to my bank, but because I paid with iDeal chances are slim to none that I will ever see this money again. So, in the end, it's free money for this company.

I paid €59.99 for nothing, and VBTV earned some easy money.

I have been watching VBTV for many years now, and normally recommend it to all volleyball lovers around me, but unfortunately, the stories I'l tell, will be completely different from now on.

Streaming doesn’t works. Match’s are available long time after ended. No answer from support. Services are very expensive as well.

I paid €59.99 for a VBTV subscription through their website, but I was never prompted to log in or create an account during checkout.

After the payment, I created an account using my Google email, expecting the subscription to be linked. But it wasn’t. I contacted support and they claimed the payment was linked to a random masked email I don’t recognize, and told me to contact my bank.

My bank confirmed this is not fraud (the payment was authorized), and now I’m left with no access to the service and no refund.

The support has been unresponsive for over 3 weeks.

Their platform is clearly flawed: it allows anonymous payments that are impossible to link to an account.

I’ve lost €60 for nothing. This is not acceptable from a global streaming service. Avoid until they fix their system and take responsibility.

Update on my situation: Paid for a subscription on June 15th. Finally got access to my one-month premium plan on July 12th. Thank you Veronica from the customer support of VBTV. You were very helpful and understanding unlike the employee that dealt with my case at first.

Wouldn't let me access an important game I wanted to watch live. They claim that you can watch the matches anytime anywhere on demand, which is exactly why I paid for a premium subscription. So imagine my dissatisfaction when I'm waiting for the live stream to start so I can support my team and it doesn't work. Blatant scam. I pay to watch games live and it doesn't work.

According to Volleyball World, their app should work on any Android Google certified device, this is not true! It does not work on Chromecast with Google TV. When troubleshooting with their support team their employees admitted as much. However, even though my consumer rights say I can get reimbursed within 14 days (and longer in case the service doesn't work as advertised), the company does not respond to such a request. The last few weeks they have ghosted me despite me trying to get into contact multiple times.
