Great products! Very customizable and holds charge forever

The best sex toy I have EVER owned. I have so many and have tried all different shapes, sizes and types but for me personally I appreciate the thought they have for our Clit loving girlies in the making of this. You will orgasm hard, sometimes harder than you ever have and experience some squirting ( again, not my norm) so it might not look like much to the eye but trust me you won’t regret!

I purchased the rose toy, which honestly is kind of meh. The settings are great, it's super soft and pretty but it's kind of bendy and a bit loud for my current circumstances. However it was on sale for a good price and I'm open to trying other products.

The buying experience was great! They used OnTrac, which let me correct the address while it was out of delivery. I placed the order Friday and received it on Sunday, sooner than I expected.

I placed my third purchase with this company, and never received my order, as customs charges had been applied to the order. Regardless of their website stating FREE DELIVERY to UK customers. I reached out to their customer service department numerous times to initially cancel my order as I had received no comms on my delivery, I was fed absolute nonsense about how apologetic they were. Suffice it to say they are REFUSING to reinstate my refund, regardless of how I have paid for an order I have never received. A disgrace. I would never bother. Women's wellness - WHAT A JOKE! A bunch of liars.

I was interested in trying the products after reviews from a favorite TikTok influencer. I was having issues with a coupon code and contacted Customer Service. They responded within an hour and I explained my issue. Most places would have told me I was out of luck and not given me the coupon, but the CS at Vush apologized and MADE IT RIGHT. We communicated over the course of two or three days and they honored their coupon. Every interaction was personable and I never once felt like they were just going through the motions. I can't wait to try the product, but the Customer Service was absolutely incredible regardless. I'd never get this kind of care from CS in the States.

It doesn't suck it's weak and unaffective unlike it's predecessor. It's a shame as the first one was great.

This is by far the worst product I’ve purchased. The suction is extremely weak, and it takes 3–4 hours just to fully charge. After only 10 minutes of use, it becomes uncomfortably hot on the skin — which is both concerning and disappointing.
I tried to return it, but the process is a complete hassle. Instead of offering real help, they just keep sending the same troubleshooting steps that don’t work at all.
Save your time and money — avoid this product.

Unfortunately my review is similar to others on here. My Empress stopped working outside of the warranty period with some weird behaviour before it unfortunately died. It would stop mid session and then randomly start again, would go off on my drawer and not be able to be turned off, and then eventually died (RIP). Super disappointing as they are not cheap toys and to keep replacing them every few years seems silly and also bad for the environment? Where is the sustainability Vush? Or is it like Apple where they make it die every few years so that you have to keep replacing it…

For a rechargeable, expensive product it’s disappointing that my toothbrush has lasted longer than this. I would advise that you look elsewhere for your products unless you want to drop money on the same product every few years, meaning you’re spending your money on replacing rather than expanding your collection. Poor form Vush :(

The very best customer service. The incredibly high quality of products. I honestly didn’t realize how much better my experience would be by spending extra on something that was very high quality. More than anything I love the way Vush makes self love less stigmatizing and how they promote that it is part of self care and over all good for you while still being fun.

I ordered a product from this company. I received it, opened up the box and plugged it into charge. It would not charge at all. I reached out to customer service, and was sent a link they said was for my warranty, but just took me to their website. There’s no way to communicate with a human. It’s ridiculous that I received a defective product and have no way to get it replaced.

Loved the first one order other things after that never had problem- until the last order. Black friday deal - 2024. Waited for delivery for a month 1) the product is crap, other products I purchased were not good at all for the price
2) I had to pay customes, which was nowhere noted on UK site!!
3) customer services is so poor. They basically ignore your complaint and couldn't care any less. They have not responded since end of december!!! Stay with love honey at least you can have decent customer service and better products.
