I scored one point lower as the booking process and getting a quote took long (4 weeks). It was worth the wait as on the 8/5/25 Keiran and Florence mowed the grass, cleared the weeds and my garden (old garden furniture and shed) really quickly. They were very respectful, friendly, professional and clean. Tidying up after themselves. Thank you

Communication & update
Day of collecting was 23/4/2025 and after waiting whole day nobody turned up or made a telephone call to apologise .after my telephone call at the end of the day they apologised and rescheduled to 25/4/2025.
It is too long waiting and waste of time for a person who is almost 70 years old.

We were unable to complete the work on the initial date as on closer inspection certain tools were required to dismantle the sofa. Works were then rescheduled to the Friday and completed.

After failure to turn up on Sunday WFB contacted me to rearrange fitting on Tuesday evening. Fitter arrived early and called me and discussed where I wanted the butt fitted. Arrived home, butt fitted as requested. Much happier

Had one of the service reps come out to the house today to install a water butt. Told me exactly where it needed to be installed and was all done and dusted in 15 mins. Remarkable. Great service.

Great service
Really great service from Steve today. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything clearly to us. We have a much better understanding of mice and how to keep them away. The whole service so far has been really efficient, including booking the appointment and follow up visits.
