i have had a washloo toilet seat for 6 years now and if anything goes wrong they are always there to help. it's so easy to replace components if they fail

overall i am pleased with the system but i have had problems with the plastic cistern mechanism which has failed and now i have a continual overflow ! the company are sending a replacement unit so i will re evaluate rating once i have had it fitted .

We ordered a Washloo Sensation. Having had some issues with the install, the plumber first went through a diagnosis call to no avail. Washloo were extremely responsive in sending out two technicians, Alex and Oliver, who are an absolute credit to the business. They diagnosed the issue initial from the plumbers install (kinked pipe) which caused a problem with the unit itself, and then proceeded to spend nearly 3 hours on fault finding and resolving all issues, resulting in and including replacement of the unit itself when they were satisfied everything was working perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, they have been fantastic.

There was a small glitch in the superloo that arrived with us. It was probably because of being moved in transport.
This small glitch made the superloo leak. I contacted Washloo straight away.
Washloo replied instantly. Two kind gentleman then drove three hours or more to reach us, they took the toilet apart and put it back together again securely.
My husband has MND and I was worried about him needing the toilet in the night. When Alex said the words on the phone, 'Our aim is to get your toilet working today ' I felt the load lift from my mind.
Superb customer service.

After a holiday to Japan, UK loos were never quite the same! When our old toilet needed replacing, it felt like the perfect excuse to upgrade. We chose the Villa toilet with the Ultra DR seat, and the features are exactly what we were looking for.
Washloo have been fantastic throughout. Communication around the pallet delivery (which took a couple of attempts due to our awkward access) was excellent, and when we later had a minor issue with the fill valve, they immediately sent a replacement without any fuss. That level of service really sets the standard.
We’ve had everything installed for three weeks now and couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great advice a phone call away, had the All in One Prestige model fitted last month. They held on to it till our plumber was ready for delivery and has worked perfectly. We’ve experienced these loos before in Japan and delighted to have one at home now in Manchester. Also re-assuring that if any problems develop Washloo are local to the Northwest

I finally purchased one of Washloo's Villa toilet & ultra dr combination Bidet's after a few friendly discussions with Karen from the company to clarify a few things I wasn't sure about.
Delivery was very prompt, the only problem was the driver had to pump truck the pallet load up the last two hundred yards as we live at the end of a tiny road. He was still smiling when he arrived, so no worries.
I put all the parts in storage in our spare room as the plumber said he couldn't do the job for a few weeks.
Those few weeks turned into several weeks and I was getting annoyed as I was really looking forward to trying out my new purchase.
Eventually, I got a different plumber to do the job, and am now sitting very comfortably on my new throne.
As I said at the beginning, It was well worth the wait. Without going into great detail I can only say the feelings of being cleansed with warm water and then blown dry with warm air is an eye opener.
The very fact you can do your business and just walk away and not even need to wash your hands takes a bit of getting used to.
The whole experience from my first phone call to Karen to sitting comfortably was well worth it. The only advice I would offer is, Get a plumber you can rely on, or perhaps even have a go yourself if you only need the seat part.
Once again Washloo, Well done for selling such a wonderful quality product

Company contact was very good - the folks at the office were very helpful and provided clear responses to questions.

As for the product - wish we'd bought one years ago.

Bought Washloo Villa Toilet & Finesse DR Combination 1 year ago. My plumber said it was easy to fit and looked good quality. All my family love it. Not a single issue since then. Another cheap Chinese made failed in 6 months.

World class technical support from their great team, even on a Saturday afternoon! The equipment has always worked exceptionally well and lasted 5 years now, before needing any technical attention! The team work very hard to address my needs and sent spares out overnight. I wish all companies were this well run! - Dave
