The staff at Wasteconcern are exacellent, however, the company they use in my area are useless: they don't collect when sceduled too, and then lie why they didn't. Last month, because they didn't collect an emergency collection was ordered, that took a week, so that's 25% of my waste capacity gone again. I wasn't going to write write this as I feel sorry for the WC staff, but guess what? No collection today. If you live outside of a city, don't bother.

I've used this company for about 5 years and have never had a single problem with them.

Harry has always been there to help if I've had even the smallest of questions. The service is reliable and considerate, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing a bit more bin capacity.

We have been using Waste Concern for a few years since North Somerset decided to spend the council tax on other things, pensions probably and reduced waste collections.

We rarely have a problem and when we do, Harry sorts it very quickly indeed. Cannot recommend them enough. Our bin is put on the edge of our drive and, more often than not, the bin is put back next to the council bin. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the council contractors who leave all bins scattered on the pavement - just like the recycling they leave everywhere!
I'd give Waste Concern six stars if I could.

Waste Concern offers a service perfectly tailored to your requirements and this can be altered at any time to allow for holidays or increased use. Their recycling ethic is excellent.

I have used Waste concern for a few years and the service has always been reliable. Whenever I have needed help with anything, it is very easy to get in touch by email or phone. I would like to also thank Harry Sumpter who has always replied to my emails very promptly.

This company has been servicing our address for over 6 years and they are always reliable, if they miss a collection it usually is collected in the morning the next day which is understandable especially during Covid and Busy periods. They are super easy to set up and it helps for those households in areas where councils have limited the amount of rubbish you can produce by decreasing the sizes of their bins, price is great and they always are fast to respond if there are any queries. Highly reccomend!

Amazing service. We have used them for a few years now and if a collection has ever been missed accidentally, they have always arranged another one asap.

They let you know if there is any change. I've always found them pleasant to talk to on the phone, and if there are any issues, they rectify it. Good communications via email . very reliable service.
