Another disappointing experience from the skips at Roberts. The website says about booking before 12 for next day; but this never happens on the zones they support in Williton. Not one bit of being sorry either, they lack any customer service.

I have challenged their manager to look through their previous booking to see this is a frequent regular occurrence (I’ve actually lost count how many continuous times this has happened now). When you pay more for the skips; you don’t expect to constantly be put in last place for deliveries as well, especially when you order more than most. This has become an ongoing complaint regarding deliveries made much later than their advertisement, then in addition outside of construction hours 8am-6pm which causes me a negative impact with Neighbours and others complaining to Planning.

I really don’t see this as much to ask: if I order before 12pm on a working day to have it delivered next day between 8am to 6pm. Like the description given on their website.

Further I requested grabs on a couple occasions since massively improving access; they didn’t even bother getting back in contact. To the extent where they have lost work and I now use another local muck-away company. If I wasn’t reliant on the skips, I’d continue this as it’s so much less headache messing up renovation/construction plans. And the skips are simply filled with clay every-time so it’s not even hard.

A friendly, reliable company, with attention to detail which ensures accurate delivery and collection, and with sensible pricing - would definitely use again .

Kate Little in the Office, organised delivery of the Skips I wanted, after I initially ordered the wrong thing, and went above and beyond to organise a Refund when the correct Skips were ordered. The Drivers, Chris and Reg were efficient and professional, especially as location was on a busy road, with a difficult access. I was most impressed! Highly recommended.

It is rare that I write on-line reviews, but I felt that I should in this case, in acknowledgment of the first class service provided by Roberts Environmental Services. I had put off replacing my central heating system because I was uncertain about how best to tackle an asbestos issue safely. As part of the initial site visit, Sam provided a detailed explanation of the removal process. This informed me of what to expect and reassured me about the safety aspect of the work. The Company arrived punctually and work was carried out with great care and exactly as described. I was kept fully informed and was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole operation. Communication throughout was superb, as was their customer service, both of which are seemingly rare things these days. A Company with which it was a joy to do business and which I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who has asbestos issues to deal with.

2nd time hire from Roberts skip. Website and payment very easy to navigate and use. Love the pics of the skip so you can order what you need. Drop off both times were seamless. Driver always put the skip where I needed it. Pickup booked again very polite over the phone. Highly recommended.

Roberts skips from the start were brilliant, a very friendly knowledgable lady booked the skip I needed, I gave a date and time that suited us, it arrived exactly when it should have. We had the skip for 2 weeks but didn’t need it so 3 days later we asked for it to be collected and it was next day. We would highly recommend this company, very professional, great to deal with. Absolute shambles. Simple instructions given, backed up with photos to evidence correct location for a simple drop. Couldn’t even get that right.

They were professional from start to finish and kept us informed the whole time. Pete and Sam came and removed the asbestos. They are a credit to the company, always courteous and very knowledgeable about their job. Which helped put us at ease. They also started and completed on time, which is this day and age seems like a novalty. We highly recommend Roberts.
