Polite staff, easy to use system

First of all and very important to a small business was their competitive price. As we all do, we always are sceptical about a cheap price thinking there must be a catch along the line somewhere.
But no, these ppl are legitimately a great company to deal with. Very professional.

The staff are ultra responsive and just sort things super quickly regardless of what we require!
In an ideal world this would be the standard, but as somebody who had utilised five different similar service providers over the seven years before I became a Waster client I can absolutely guarantee that the efforts, human politeness, speed and overall efficiency of Waster’s staff is atypical and waaaaay above and beyond what most people experience.

Charge for overweight bins when they say they won't unless it is happening consistently.

Waster is the best way to manage waste disposal for businesses. Uncomplicated prices published online, no lock-in contracts, affordable rates and no hidden fees. We experienced straight forward, hassle-free registration and initiation of service. And, 3 months of collection so far without a hitch. It's a great set up and a hugh difference to the waste industry mafia and their 3 year 'no cancel, for any reason' contracts.

Waster has taken extra steps to ensure our experience of changing to Waster has no interruptions. With affordable pricing and efficient communication (including the use of an app that allows you to book extra pickup) is a pure joy to say the least. Thank you Waster.

Great customer service, very easy to deal with and response times are awesome. The waster app is a great way to track deliveries, especially if you have multiple office locations. highly recommend.

I went to Waster because the old supplier wasn't performing with service, price & excess waste chargers.
Currently monitoring excess waste charges from waster to see if Waster are any better than the previous co.
