After I decided to use Waterfords for…selling retirement flat
After I decided to use Waterfords for the sale of our Refurbished Retirement Flat ,I was put in the very professional hands of Oliver Manning .
Oliver understood this bespoke market and found a buyer within few weeks at full asking price ,
Communication was fault less and a completed chain was soon in place with our buyer etc .
I would highly reccomend using Waterfords and Olliver and the team .

A difficult situation arose for me as…
A difficult situation arose for me as Landlord and for Rob Hawkins of Waterfords when my tenant after only 3 weeks occupancy needed to leave. Prospective viewings were made difficult to arrange due to lack of co-operation from the tenant, but Rob and his team held on with dogged determination until a new tenant was found. Throughout I was reassured and kept informed of progress in a very difficult situation and I highly recommend Rob Hawkins and his team.

Very pleased with the services from Waterford. Alexsey is a thorough professional right from the moment we met him. He was very pleasant to meet, nice hospitality, very patient, highly professional, and showed us around the property giving us every detail that helped us in learning and making a decision about the property. He was very kind in helping us out in the offer process as well and guiding us in stages where we got stuck. He paid attention to detail, his response was timely, he followed up to make sure things are running smooth and made the process very easy for us and we could not have asked for more.
