The customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding, the team were very polite and friendly. I had very specific requirements whilst looking for a property and Waterfords did an amazing job at meeting those requirements, right down to offering me the most convenient time for viewings. Great service
Really impressed with Waterfords from start to finish. We bought a property through them and found them to be very professional and helpful at all stages. We mainly dealt with Henry who was very good at staying in touch and keeping us updated with the progress of the sale. Henry was always happy to answer questions for us or seek answers from the vendor and got back to us promptly. Our house purchase went through very quickly and smoothly and Waterfords were a big part of that.

This is with respect to me buying a buy to let property. My initial dealings were with Henry Evans and James Hughes who were both incredibly helpful. Once my offer was accepted I dealt primarily with Henry who was super up to speed with keeping me informed about progress and chasing both sets of solicitors to completion. We are in the process of buying a new…
We are in the process of buying a new home. Oliver Manning from Waterfords is the estate agent selling the property. Oliver has been excellent to work with and has made sure that all our concerns and questions are properly addressed. He ensured that we were able to view the property a second time and has coordinated well between us and the sellers to facilitate a smooth sale / purchase.
