We know Waterfords well - the lettings team have managed our recently sold flat for many years and always provided a great service.
When it came to selling the property it was a given that we would ask Waterfords to handle the marketing and sale. We were not disappointed. Sandra Kroll was enthusiastic and truly professional throughout. She ensured a successful sale for which we were very grateful. We used Waterford’s letting services to fully manage our property while we were living abroad. Fiona did a great job of managing the property over the last 4 years. The tenants were kept happy and all maintenance issues dealt with promptly.

I used Waterfords for a valuation and dealt with Liam who was helpful, polite and professional. Gave me all the info I needed and didn't hassle me like some estate agents! Good experience overall.

Henry has been great in the process of our search, he understands what we are looking for and does not trouble us if it doesn't match our requirements unlike other agents who sends us anything and everything!

Called up Waterfords in Fleet and spoke to Liam from the sales team. He was very helpful and even discussed properties that were not even on the market yet! Would defiantly recommend.

Over the past year my daughter and her fiancee have been attempting to purchase their first home. I have tried to support them and have been staggered at the incompetence and attitude shown by many of the agents we have dealt with who will say anything for a quick sale without any thought to the consequences. It has been an eye opener for all the wrong reasons.

Sandra Krol has been the exception and although we have not proceeded on either of the two properties we viewed with Sandra, she has remained friendly and we have never felt pressurised. She has the clients best interests at heart and has stood out for being sympathetic and honest. For that the three of us are extremely grateful. She is an asset to Waterfords. If we do need further assistance in the future we will not hesitate to put our trust in Sandra.

I asked Waterfords Letting if they were able to arrange for a valuation on the property that they manage for me. Not only did they do so with their in-house sales team, they sent me detailed research of the market and analysis that supported the value they provided - within 24 hours of asking.

Recently moved from Fleet to Camberley, it wasn’t the easiest of purchases, took its time and had its challenges but Sandra Kroll in the Camberley office picked up the baton and was always there to smooth the path both for me the buyer and I’m certain for the sellers too. She was at the end of the phone with an enthusiastic and friendly approach with nothing being to much trouble. I am a private tenant of which Jack Sharples (Fleet office) is my [new] property manager. He has worked tirelessly over recent weeks following a serious plumbing issue in my bathroom. He has emotionally supported me, been kind, supportive, empathic & continually tried to get the issue rectified in a timely manner even when we were dealing with weekends & bank holidays. He's always returned my calls & indeed has always called when he stated he would. I was confident he would do what he said he would, even when he couldn't immediately resolve the issues. He's managed to use appropriate humour to lift my spirits & indeed has without question accepted my frustration, tears, upset & anything else I threw at him. As first time buyers I had no idea what the process of buying a home would be like.
Waterfords have made this whole experience amazing!
All Estate agents are friendly and up for a bit of banter which for me is an instant plus.
We did our first viewing with Abby who was very warm and welcoming and explain things to us perfectly.
Our second viewing was with Sandra who was brilliant. Sandra gave us the space to look around freely whilst being straight on it with any questions we had. She was kind, friendly and humorous and made the whole experience one to remember. Whenever i have left a message for Sandra she has called back very quickly and her email response time is spot on.
