Terrible customer service. Ordered a bag and the wrong one was sent. I explained there was no time to send back and get a refund and replacement so ordered it again. Paid £4.95 for express delivery, 5 days later it hadn’t arrived. No dispatch info sent and no tracking number (but paid for Royal Mail tracked), so you can’t work out what’s going on. Absolute shambles!!

I bought a bag but it wasn't what I expected and decided to send it back. I did the necessary things for returning and let them know by email.
They (Alex) respond really quick and we kept each other posted. Ofcourse it took some time (I live in Holland) but at the end everything went really well. In other words I'm very happy how Alex handled everything. 👏

After reading some of these awful/bulls**t reviews on here I thought I'd share some good stuff about WAWWA. It's a quality brand which sells quality clothes. Think some people in these reviews are trying to scam a small independent business by saying their orders haven't arrived, absolute scum. If it wasn't 'legit' it wouldn't be selling stock in END you muppets.

Dreadful experience. Only part of order arrived. They said they had sent my trousers and took the money for them. No trousers arrived at the couriers or at my house. It took them weeks to response to emails and when they did they sent me a photo of the parcel having been delivered but it was a photo of the previous order. It took me about a week to work this out and then I wrote to them again. This time they accused me of stealing the trousers. That was when I lost my patience and asked for my money back. The money was only refunded when I wrote a bad review. They then answered this review to make it look as though they had resolved the situation quickly and it was the couriers fault (the parcel had never been sent). I was then unable to report my side. Awful customer service. Not sure about the product as never received it.

Amazing experience - super quick responses via email and rapid delivery!

I have been scammed. I have not received my bag after emailing back and forth for a month.
When I ask for a refund, they offer to send it again, providing a tracking link that never updates.

Also had a terrible experience of them which I've been trying to resolve since November. Was sent the wrong pair of trousers (much later than originally said when I purchased them), asked for a refund and they sent me another pair of trousers. Communication and quality of product isn't great and deffo dosent march price point - wax trousers aren't nearly as waterproof as adverts suggest

Edit: I've also had to send multiple follow up emails over the months across different platforms

I really thought this was a legit and professional brand and business. I work as a designer and have e-Comm experience and know what to look for. I was going to buy the messenger bag (in Olive), but somehow my card was declined. But not because of insufficient funding, so I called my bank and it was a red flag situation > flagged as scam

It looks like the company might be on the brink of bankrupscy or something. Please stay away from this company even though «their products», great SoMe content, brand story and e-Com experience looks great! and believable and professional

Disappointing.
Makes me never want to shop online again

I have tried to contact this brand on several occasions and have heard nothing back. It ordered with them nearly two weeks ago and they have yet to dispatch my order. Do not order from this brand as there is no communication at all

I placed an order on the 02/02/2204.

Returned it in on the 03/04/2024 as it arrived damaged.Not the best started but the order arrived in 24hrs so surely sending a replacement shouldn’t be that hard??

Well…

Signed for and acknowledged on the 06/02/2024.

Silence.

Several emails and messages on FB and INSTA. Zero response.

Then on the 13th an email advising my return will update in two working days. Hallelujah, the…

I will now be posting here and contacting them daily until something happpens.

And this could’ve been avoided if they had sent a product that worked.

My last order didn’t go through, but the money was credited from my bank account. After multiple e-mail exchanges, I still didn’t get the money back. Very disappointed experience!

Received my bag. Honestly it is a good bag, pretty pleased with it.

It just took more than two weeks to get news of my order. Thought it was a scam at one point, as they did not respond immediatelyto my orders. However, since it has been shipped, it was very fast.

What a great company! They are small and create in batches so deliveries do take time. Emails are sent as updates regarding the making and shipping. Very good quality gilet received just in time for Christmas. Maybe make it more explicit that lead times are longer for customers when ordering. Just order earlier than you need .

I've been patiently waiting for my package for nearly three weeks. Despite receiving a message that my order was delayed three days after the order confirmation (even though the shipping estimate was 1-5 days) customer support has stopped answering me. Surprisingly, the item hasn't even been dispatched, and they're offering me a £20 voucher. It feels like a joke.

I am so shocked to see all the negative reviews. From ordering to receiving my bag it was less than 24 hours 😳 I ordered in the 22nd and received on the 23rd right before Christmas (it didn’t say the item was in stock so I’m even more excited because I expected a longer wait) I have had a fantastic experience with this brand (first time) and hope to continue because their items and quality is superb.

I’ve ordered a few things that were in stock from them in the past with no issue and they’ve been great, but the Sherpa waistcoat pre order is a shambles. 0 contact, 0 replies or updates, promised dispatch dates long gone and not updated, leaving people out of pocket and without Xmas gifts. Being a small business is no excuse and gives small businesses a bad name. I love and support small businesses much smaller than Wawwa and have never had such poor customer service. Replying to people saying you don’t have enough people to reply is crazy - hire seasonal customer service staff like everywhere else.

I ordered a bag on 11 December which according to the web site is in stock and should be shipped with 24 hours of receipt of order. I have had absolutely no information from WAWWA and no response from my email.

I’ve ordered a very expensive bag, paid 6 quid for postage and they haven’t even bothered to tell me when it will arrive. I wanted to support a small business this Christmas but the bag was ordered over a week ago and I’ve heard nothing from them. I doubt it will arrive before Christmas and its gift - so thanks for that!

Sizing of the ordered item (Leo pant) is off and the quality does not match the price. But the much bigger problem is that they ask for reviews for their website and only publish them if they‘re positive. Same on instagram: they delete comments that don‘t praise their products.

UPDATE: They also tried to have this review removed. Ironic.

I received part of my order today: a long sleeved t-shirt, and a sweatshirt. I love them: great style, quality and I feel good in them. I think I ordered this a week or two ago, and I'm so glad that I ordered the clothes before reading mixed reviews. My experience has been very positive, and I really like the sustainable clothing that Wawwa design - I found customer service absolutely fine also. I received responses to my questions within a few days of sending questions, and I'm really happy with my two items. I would definitely buy from Wawwa again, and really believe in what they are about.
